Recently switched over to a Mac.  And I've had a bit of struggle using the chat feature. 

Whenever I'm sharing my screen, the floating chat box disappears.  Goes to another window and I can't easily access while sharing the screen.  

Has anyone had this problem and are there any proposed solutions?  Maybe it's a setting in zoom or on my mac?

My friend audio records on Zoom and it automatically separates the recording into the individual speaker's part of the dialogue. She also gets the dialogue as it was recorded with both speakers. I can't  seem to do that. Is the something I need to do to make this work?

When I log in and have my own meetings, my video comes on.  If I turn video off it will not come back on.  The message on screen says , zoom cannot detect a camera.

If I go on anyone else's zoom link my video will not come on at all and I get the same message.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have several Zoom meetings which occur on a weekly basis, and when I noticed that I was nearing the links' expiry dates, I opened the Previous Meetings tab and tried to extend all of them by clicking "Edit All Occurrences" and setting the deadline ahead by another month...but in doing so I apparently eliminated any trace of the previous meetings associated with each of those links (and that's a problem, as I use that information to cross-reference my payment invoices and other documents associated with my work). Is there any way of recovering this lost information? Does Zoom store it somewhere?

I created a meeting and started custom live streaming.  Sometimes there is an error in the livestreaming configuration (e.g. wrong key).  I am not able to fix/change the key unless I create a new meeting.   I do not want to change the meeting link, is there a solution for that.  Thank you in advance. 

When I had the free version of Zoom, only my upcoming Zoom events would show up on the home page.  I upgraded my account and now all upcoming events on my Outlook calendar show up.  I only want  Zoom meetings to show up on the calendar as they did before.  Can I integrate with Outlook so I can use the plug-in without having every meeting show up?

Does anyone know why, when I schedule a meeting from one computer (IP address) and access the meeting from another computer (IP address), I'm not able to screen share with guests or able to set anyone as a co-host, etc.?

There must be a simple solution, as many people use office computers sometimes and home computers at other times.  Just don't know what the answer is and getting quite frustrated.

I receive no notification that a client is in the waiting room and the client is notified that I'm already in a session when I'm not. Often, I would get an email saying they were trying to Zoom and I could click onto that. I no longer receive an email. So I am unable to access clients.

When I schedule a meeting, it provides the same link (I add through outlook add in).  However, I want the add in to generate a new link for each call.  I used to have this at a former employer.  How can I change my settings to ensure that when I create a meeting, it creates a new link each time.
