we are hosting regular meetings for up to 20 participants. Usually they receive an invitation with the Zoom-login-link. Recently we are facing the problem that the link is being shared with outsiders who are not registered for the meeting. Therefore we would like to have individualized login-links in order to prevent sharing.

The meetings are protected by the waiting-room-functionality but as these outsiders must be considered "friends of our clients" we cannot reject them once they are in the wating-room. Accordingly we'd like to sort them out earlier in the process.

Is there any way to individualize the log-in link so that it can be used only by one participant?

Hi, I have a company organizing many Zoom meetings and I can often see that users (participants) when they join the meeting using a mobile phone, they don't understand they have to click on "Connect with wifi" so we all lose a lot of time.
Before joining the meeting it asks if we want to join with video and on computer, there is a popup asking if we want to join audio. Why not on mobile with audio ?
Is there a better way to make the user join the audio via WIFI by default or on a page before to join the meeting ?

I even had to make an instruction notice like this to help users join audio ... :

I did not record a meeting I had but I see through the dashboard that data is stored regarding the meeting and now I would like to retrieve it if it is possible yet it appears to be encrypted. Is there a way to remove encryption and listen to the meeting?

Hey everyone. I was recording a Zoom session and the file seems to be corrupted.

When trying to convert it to an mp4 it keeps on pausing at 32% and won't go any further. It's not just the conversion either. When I try to copy the file to another folder, the copying procedure also stops at 32%. So, there's some corrupted data around 32% of the way through the file.

Is there anything I can do to recover the non-corrupted portions of this file?

If it was a regular video file I would try to trim before the 32% mark and after and just stitch the portions together, but because it's not yet converted to an mp4 file I don't know how I can work with the file at all.

Any advice appreciated.

I am using Zoom desktop client on one PC and sending the feed (audio and video) to another second PC which is streaming the feed t (using vMix) out to a live webcast. To do this I have to use the VB Cable Output as the Zoom microphone and VB Cable input for the Zoom speaker. As a result I cannot hear my own voice in the Zoom Desktop Client nor can I hear the guests' audio. How can I configure it to send the audio out as I do, and still be able to hear guests and speak to them as well?

I always use a virtual background for meetings. I also record the meeting and all is well. Today I used one as usual for the meeting and it worked perfectly live. However, in the recording there is no virtual background at all. It's the first time this has happened. Can anyone advise what went wrong or how to avoid it happening again?
