we have a company in Sheffield we are providing services to our customers online via Zoom calls and we are face audio issue. as you can see in pictures everything is good but still we are facing audio issues on Zoom Calls. we have checked manually audio on Laptop and have issue only on Zoom Calls. Any suggestions?

画面共有ができません

私自身がホストで画面共有をしようとすると、「あなたは、このミーティングでは画面共有を許可されてません」といきなりメッセージがでるようになってしまい、画面共有ができません。

クラウドで保存していた動画を全て削除したり、設定も全て確認しましたが画面共有がまだできません。

わかる方がいましたら、是非解決方法を教えてください。

Pro Account Member, but labeled as Basic account

Hello, I am a member in a Pro account. However, now my account is labeled as a Basic account and the Zoom meeting time has been limited to 40 minutes. What can I do to be able to use the Pro status? Thank you in advance for your support, Petra Rotert

Hello Zoom Community! 

I am experiencing a problem where I am unable to launch or join any meetings. It started sometime last year and, since then, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Zoom twice (thinking it may have had to do with using an outdated version), but the problem persists. The root of it appears to be a sign-in issue.

 

After reinstalling Zoom (for the second time) and opening it, I tried signing in through Google and Facebook, and neither worked. For both routes, I receive the message: Error Code: 5003

 

Has/Is anyone else experiencing this? Is/What is the solution?? 

 

Thanks in advance for your time & consideration, 

- desperate college student who would be really grateful if someone could fix their Zoom problem

I'm using Mac book and OS is Monterey. I changed its pointer size and color because default pointer is really small and hard to see when I sharing my screen. However, some people see it in default size and color. For example, two people out of five see the pointer in default size and color.

Please advise me how to fix this problem.

We are having a problem with meeting registrations.   We put in the link, which works fine for a computer.   But when we try on a smart phone, the link (exactly the same as the computer link) goes directly to a link to join the meeting rather than the registration page.    This is new.   We have not had this problem before.   

 

Is there something new in Zoom that is causing this.  Has anyone else had the same problem?  It only seems to be happening in meetings -- the webinar registrations are fine.
