Meeting recording corrupted

Please help

I was recording a Zoom meeting while enabling the live captions feature.. during the meeting I could read the captions but after the meeting ended I found the meeting's files empty... Video isn't completed and close captions txt has only blank spaces without a single word...

How can I retrieve the meeting captions because they are extremely important to me??? 🙏🙏

Closed caption file is converted and generated when generating recording file.
It supports only English, then other languages will fail. Moreover, in this case, the creation of the recording file often fails as well.

If it is a VVT file, the captions during the meeting will be saved, so you can set the vvt file to be saved.
