Stop Verifying Emails

Several people run our meetings at different times from different devices. Zoom detects a different device and demands a security code be entered from a Verification Email. The meeting host at the time may not have access to the email account.

 

How to turn off or change this layer of security? We dont want it not need it.

Sharing an account among several people is against the Zoom Terms of Service.

If your other assistant hosts are not on the same organizational account, there is another method known as the Host Key method, described in this Zoom Support article:
