Greetings! In Zoom Pro plan, I am host and admin for a support group I run for people with a specific rare disease.  Recently, when invited participants try to enter meeting, they rec'd Host in Another Meeting message,  even  when I'm not. I scheduled it  using my PMI in zoom app. Any ideas on how to prevent this? Thanks!

I use outlook.com (also called OWA) for email and calendar. I often book meetings that require Zoom links. I want to speed up the time it takes to click on the zoom meeting link, given that is hidden in the Outlook web interface. Ideally, without the mouse!

The best goal would be to press a keyboard shortcut that would be same as clicking the Add a Zoom Meeting

Is this possible?

Change camera view

Can I turn the output view for the audience by 180 degrees?, so I can use my tiny camera as a center camera in the middle of my monitor (if I hang it upside down).

Zoom 5.11.10 and 5.11.9. In a meeting using KDE on Wayland right click menus appear at random places on the screen and clicking outside the menu does not cause it to close, though using the Esc key does. Also clicking on the shield icon at the top left of the meeting only produces the dialogue for a brief flash and it then disappears.

It all works correctly  though if I run Zoom with XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP set to GNOME.

Hello, I'd like to have two separate simultaneous meetings where the participants cannot see each other. I think this can be done but utilizing the waiting room and breakout rooms. Once someone is assigned to a breakout room, would they be able to see ALL of the participants in the meeting, or only those in their room? I am hoping the latter, otherwise confidentiality will be compromised. Thanks for any insight!

I have a Yamaha AG03 audio interface that outputs to my studio monitors. Everytime I share my screen I get 2 errors and my speakers cut out.

Failed to decet your speaker please make sure your speaker is properly connected.

"Your default speaker has changed to Line (AG06/AG03) and will now be used.

The Line input is what it should be and is what I have zoom set to. Any ideas why it trys to change it when I screen share
