CANNOT FIND VIDEO SETTINGS IN MY ACCOUT
I have watched their video, taken down instructions, but there is no "video settings" in my account, or "Settings, Video". I need to have a video background. Can somebody please help? Thanks.

Hi, as of 2 weeks ago, something weird is happening when I share a recording of my meeting where I changed the setting NOT to allow "Viewers can download" in the share setting. It still allows viewers to download my video, even though I de-selected that option. Anyone else experiencing this bug? Any way to fix it? Thanks. (It worked flawlessly until 2 weeks ago).

I try to schedule new meetings, but the function is currently not available. After selcting "Schedule" a new window opens. After opening the new window nothing more happens. The window stays empty. (See attachment) Same problem for the most of my colleagues after updating Zoom to 5.12.8

So, Zoom supposedly installed. I click on the meeting link in an e-mail, Firefox opens and asks for an application to open the link. Now, what? I just installed Zoom, so why doesn't a file/link association exist? I navigate to /opt/zoom and double-click on the zoom file, and nothing happens. How does one join a Zoom meeting in Linux?

ZOOMを録画したMP4ファイルに音声が入っておらず映像のみしかありません。
PCで他の音声は聞こえており、他のPCから同じファイルを確認しても音声がない状態です。

When I am not able to attend a scheduled meeting, how can I set it up so that another person in the group can sign in to run the meeting in my absence?
I have been using Zoom for almost four years and have been an administrator for nearly 3 of those. I am always learning new things though. Now, I cannot view downloaded recently recorded meeting with QuickTime. Has there been a change and, if so, what CAN be used to view downloaded recordings on a Mac? The response I get is that the recording is not compatible with QuickTime.

Can anyone tell me why when I go into a breakout room (as attendee not host) I do not have the option to enable my camera. This is on a Mac so the camera is built in. It is fine on normal 121 meetings but just deny's camera when in a breakout room?

Hello all, I think this may be a developer issue. I had a Zoom recording from back last Aug. 2021. I recently did not realize what I did but I opened up the Zoom recording and accidently transferred it to a Windows media player old version. Now my computer cannot open it up. I clicked on the file under a right hand mouse feature to restore to previous version and it will not convert back to a normal zoom audio file. I need to be able to find out how long this zoom recording is. Is there anyone out there who can help me restore my audio file back to a zoom recording. Right now it has .tag at the end of the file

we recently migrated Zoom into SFDC. Things were syncing correctly and now no duration is coming through to our SFDC reporting. All other details on the meeting is pulling through. Any suggestions on what to check?
