I have the latest Windows Zoom client, 5.12.9 (10650), and with this version and previous versions, I have my desktop microphone (JLAB Talk Go) cut out and stop working. When I choose another audio source, like my headset (Plantronics Blackire 325), that will also cut out after a while, and I have to switch back to the desktop microphone. I am running on a Windows 11 desktop machine that has plenty of resources. Why does only Zoom have problems with my microphones?

In Zoom meetings, can you upload an attendee list with the participant information (name and email) that would then show in the attendee report IF they were to attend?

The end goal is better improve the data we get from our attendee report and know exactly who is attending our meetings from our database. A challenge we face currently is that phone attendees bypass the registration page (or dont know how to update their information) or the individuals filling out the name field does not perfectly match our database. 

I'd appreciate any tips on this matter!

for the past two days, people attempting to log onto a meeting I've set up as host incorrectly get a message saying "waiting for host to start this meeting".   People log on using a link that I previously sent them via email (I've been doing this for several years without a problem).   Any remedies?  I haven't changed any settings in my Zoom account.  I'm a single user and thus the account administrator.

I am looking into the possibilities of having Zoom recordings captured in Salesforce.

I understand this can be potentially be done with the use of Einstein Conversation Insights which can provide recorded snippets of calls/meetings based on keywords, however currently keen on a cost free alternative if this is possible, would be good to know if anyone has tried this before and if they've been successful.

Essentially when a new recording is created in Zoom, I want to find the Event record in Salesforce and update a field with the recording URL. I have been partially successful using Zapier though there is not way of 100% matching to the record that needs to be updated.

Hello....I'am new to zoom, i,m not good at this sort of thing, so looking for abit of help 🙂 so i kind of have the jist on how to schedule a meeting, but how do i go about connecting to the meeting? it does ask for a meeting I.D, i do have a link being sent to me but not to 12 hours prior to my meeting would i have to wait for the link to be sent? would be grateful for any help and advise 🙂

Right so, I'm hosting the largest Zoom event we've ever done and they're doing rooms which i have never done before.  So the question is this:

I have 12 rooms and there are hosts for each room, however, they want the other attendees to go into the rooms at random.  Is there a way to assign the hosts to rooms and then everyone else be done random?  Help??  Thanks in advance.

For virtually all of my recurring meetings, myself and my customers received the "invalid meeting ID" error code. I have reviewed the settings, but am curious if I am missing something. I don't want these meetings to expire at all - is there a way to change it? Or at least get notified before a meeting expires so I can update the link, rather than scrambling at the last minute to get a new link out to the customer.

We are having an issue with breakout rooms that are closing unexpectedly.

When it occurs, it isn't happening for all breakout rooms-- just 1 room out of the many.

We send an announcement to the rooms that they have 1 minute left and as the time counts down, a room will be kicked out and returned to the main Zoom at the 40 second mark.

What could be happening here?
