Delay when live-streaming from Zoom to Youtube

My internet speed is fine per www.speedtest.net, but I still have a 15 second delay between Zoom and Youtube when I try to Livestream. I've learned which variables to change on the youtube end as far as latency and buffering, but I still have lag. Has anyone else had this issue? Do you just ignore it and go along with things, checking in on the live stream chat in a proportionally laggy way?

I am also facing the same problem with the lag time of 22 to 40 seconds. I am having internet speed of 70 MBps download and upload. Any clue how to resolve this. by using OBS software the lad period decrease to 2 to 6 seconds.
