I was just added to my company's Zoom account. I can create meetings, but when I try to start any meeting, or join another person's Zoom meeting, I receive an error that says: "Unable to connect: Check to make sure you're connected to a stable network that is not blocked by a firewall or proxy. Error code: 100006000." My company's IT can't resolve the issue. They've submitted a service ticket to Zoom, but I haven't heard from Zoom about this issue. Has anyone received a similar error when they've been added to a Zoom account? None of the other people in the company have experienced this. What could be causing this error? Thank you for any help you can give.

Hello, I noticed this problem because I got annoyed from the Zoom app making a second Documents folder in my home every time i use it, just to have a place to save recordings, which i never do. This is because my original Documents folder is named Dokumente, since my i set my os language to German. When I go to settings (Why can I only go to settings when I log in?), there is indeed something to change the place. But if you choose a place in the dialog, it does'nt allow to actually select and submit it. So it stays "/Documents/Zoom". That's bad. Sincerely ok9

Just had a meeting that I started, and other windows would pop on my screen, and a few times camera would shut off.
Everything is up to date, running windows 10
I was a speaker at a virtual conference. I had done this many times before. This time, when I tried to share my screen to show my slides, instead of seeing the slides, I got this message: "Your screen sharing is paused" There is no way to share slides, at all. Resume Share doesn't work; I've gone through all of the security suggestions, and nothing works. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have a client that got a SSO login issue. Along with this issue was a tracking ID for an admin to use for troubleshooting.
How would someone use this tracking ID to look into the issue?
