I was a speaker at a virtual conference.  I had done this many times before.  This time, when I tried to share my screen to show my slides, instead of seeing the slides, I got this message:  "Your screen sharing is paused"  There is no way to share slides, at all.  Resume Share doesn't work; I've gone through all of the security suggestions, and nothing works.

 

Anyone know how to fix this?

Resolved! Using a Tracking ID to troubleshoot a SSO Login Issue

Hello, 

 

I have a client that got a SSO login issue.  Along with this issue was a tracking ID for an admin to use for troubleshooting.

 

How would someone use this tracking ID to look into the issue?

Classroom Link when requesting registration

When I require registration for a meeting is there a way for me to find the meeting room link without having to go through the registration myself, as the host?

I'm having an issue where I join a meeting that I've scheduled and invited another person to and we end up in different places. I thought initially that this had to do with being in back to back meetings, but I'm not sure that's the case. Here's an e... Show more

I'm having an issue where I join a meeting that I've scheduled and invited another person to and we end up in different places. I thought initially that this had to do with being in back to back meetings, but I'm not sure that's the case. Here's an example of it happening. 

 

I see an email pop up that my guest has joined the meeting. I haven't joined yet. I go to my calendar and click on the Zoom link in the invite and end up in a meeting room...and the guest isn't there. I've waited up to 10 minutes and it never shows them. If I end the meeting and then go back to the Zoom link in the calendar invite and re-join, I end up in the meeting room by myself and then shortly thereafter I get a notification that my guest is in the waiting room. What they tell me is they were in the meeting, got kicked out (when I ended the meeting) and then had to rejoin. 

 

Why am I not ending up in the same meeting as my guest to start with?

Zooms Are Funky Lately

When I'm on Zoom my screen freezes and voice is out of sink . I have free version since most of folks I deal with send me zoom links to join no need for extra at this point. What can I do to stop the delay in my speech or freezing?

Bug report: date format in web profile doesn't match windows app

I have the date format in the web set to dd/mm/yyyy yet in the windows app 5.12.9 (10650) the date format is mm/dd/yyyy. It used to be correct until I recently changed my username and password, in which case I was logged out and when I logged back in... Show more

It used to be correct until I recently changed my username and password, in which case I was logged out and when I logged back in the format was incorrect. See attached pics.
