I joined an ongoing meeting on my PC, transferred the host from the account owner to me, and did the cloud recording.
However, my account does not create any recording data in the cloud.
Is the recording data stored by the account owner?

Hello,
The cloud recording will be on the original meeting host's account. Changing hosts mid-meeting, wouldn't move the cloud recording to the new hosts cloud.
I'd recommend reaching out to the original host for access to the cloud recording.
