Just as the title states. I run software demos and during the demo, every time I request control of a client's computer and then navigate to take screenshots from my Mac (shortcut is cmd+shift+4) it activates something that every time I click a new link or a navigation link that new link will open in a new browser/tab. Especially when remote from a Mac to a Windows device. Anyone experience this before?

inappropriate behavior

What happens when you report that someone attended your meeting naked?  Is there a way to identify the person (who does this often to multiple users) over a day or period of time.

Can a zoom meeting recording be recovered after being deleted from the trashcan?

We learned that an important meeting recording (via cloud recording) may have been deleted from the trash can and I am curious whether it's possible to restore it. If so, what would be the steps?

when i click on my picture, nothing pops up but (1) my name with my email address and the word BASIC, and (2) the words SIGN OUT. There is nothing that allows me to tap HELP in order to see my version number and check for updates. How can I find my v... Show more

How can I find my version number and get the latest update?

Show current zoom version number

My current Zoom version number is not displayed.
After clicking on my profile picture, "Help" is not displayed, so I cannot select "About Zoom".
Why is that?

Can you have your zoom reports (Attendance, usage, etc) automatically download to your computer/specified folder/onedrive after a meeting? 

Resolved! How to manually update Zoom?

I have Zoom set to automatically update, and when there is an update it offers it after a Zoom meeting ended.

But can one also update Zoom manually when one has not had a Zoom meeting at that moment?

And if so, where?

Hi, i used the wrong Mail ending for my new paid account (.de instead of .berlin) - How can i change it to get access? Zoom wants to send me a verification code but sends it to the wrong adress to which i do not have an access. Can you help me?
