I am trying to use Gallery in Web Client, but I do not see ANY option. What am I missing? I have been using the Zoom app for two years, so I am well acquainted with moving from Speaker View to the Gallery. Also, to use Web Client in Firefox, you need to get an extension. It works very well, but who knows, it may be blocking the Gallery.

My dilemma is that I have some clients who are not allowed to download Zoom on their computers. So, they use the web browser version of Zoom to join, thus they do not have the galley view option, that is, the ability to see everyone else who is in the meeting. I have Zoom Pro and it works fine for all I need with this one exception. I'm trying to figure out what version I need to upgrade to so that even those who join from the web browser version will be able to "see" the video of everyone who is in the meeting. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Fish.

Zoom is no longer Private as External users are present and cant be turned off. Un-wanted folk listening, recording, but at least we know now. (first pic) ""UPDATES ARE BELOW, AT THE END"" ***OUTCOME*** - "there's no option to turn it off, but we encourage you to submit this complaint to our team." My thoughts were like bleeeeep. Its everywhere, in 1 on 1 chats, group chats, external calls. Look down the bottom of your chats etc, to see the invasive message. My account also has NO access to customer support (see pic). WOW. Last pic is a way to help. I tried turning these off and it made NO difference. I wrote to them and have no reply yet. I hope someone else knows how to fix this bad privacy breech as zoom is the same as all other apps now, compromised. Thanks, try and have a nice day! UPDATE - 25Aug2022 - Zoom (Edgar Jr .....sin) wrote back and said its there monthly update, i am dreaming. He cut/ paste me the info i sent him. I replied its a bot as we found it so kindly remove it as its still there. Hopeless service. Did you know free zoom accounts have NO live help, just read for hours in their F&Q.................... - 26Aug2022 - Another rely today said - For now, there's no option to turn it off, but we encourage you to submit a Feature Request to our Product Team. I have a Hyper-X Cloud Flight headset that used to work fine in Zoom meetings. After my cat walked on the keyboard the headset mic works but I have to run the audio through desktop speakers. Any ideas how to correct this? OS is Win 8.1. Thanks for any assistance

hi there Are there any plans for introduction a recording limit for each user ie 3Gb? We think that this will help to manage the amount of recordings being done by users. If the user gets near the limit then they will be prompted to move the recordings to another location. Alan.

I recorded a Zoom meeting on Galaxy S9. Does anyone know where I might find the recording?
Recently, when my colleague tries to screen share a ppt on zoom, it crashes the call for him. Can you help?
I am scheduling meetings for others on their behalf, and putting in alternative hosts. All of these meetings require registration. Do the hosts/alternative hosts have to register in order to open the Zoom link? I tested it out by putting myself as an alternative host and put participants can join anytime. But opening the link, I am still prompted to register.
