We have a monthly meeting with a core group.  The nature of the meeting is to invite different guest speakers which includes inviting different guests based on the subject matter.

1.  How can I avoid having the invite show up each month on a guest speakers calendar?  Currently Zoom defaults to sending that guest a notice (not sure what it says -- maybe cancelling the meeting for that person...?).  I'd like to invite them to one meeting only (they are certainly welcomed to come to others, but they're busy people and I don't want to clutter their calendar.)

2.  When guests acknowledge acceptance, they do not show up in the "yes" category.  Even though I know they have accepted, others invited have no way of knowing.  There are definite instances when it would be helpful to see who else is coming to determine if its worth someone's time tuning in...  How can I get everyone's yes/no response to register on the group invite visible to all invitees?

When i watch other person share screen my whole screen got laggy. Its not my CPU or GPU or my Internet connection i use AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 16 GB ram. Its only zoom that lagged my screen is there any fix for this? i tested on other app for watch other share screen (Discord) and it is completely okay.

My "Make it a zoom meeting" button has disappeared from Firefox. The zoom scheduler extension is active and enabled properly, but that option is not longer there. ALSO (and related, I'm sure), when I "start a meeting" from the browser button, the google calendar event is not populated with any zoom event details. 

I learned that if I uploaded a photo on Zoom, it displays when I "stop video" in a meeting.  This was working fine for a while; then I clicked on "stop self view" and now I can no longer see myself when I stop video.  I have clicked on that feature again, but I still cannot see myself in my meeting if I stop video - and I don't know if others can see me either.  When I "stop video," my name and photo disappear from the group wall.  There are days I don't want people to see me and I loved that I could just put up a photo, but I no longer seem to be able to do that.

I want to open a second account using the same e-mail.  The instructions tell me to go into my account profile and disassociate my existing account.  Then I'll be able to open a second account.  What happens to my original account if I follow this procedure?

I am leaving my company.  We need to update the email associated with the account log in.

1.  What will happen to the zoom meetings that are scheduled when we update the email ?

2. Will all of the meetings that are already on the calendar need to be sent a new Zoom invite?
