Description/Error

We allow participants to join meetings via the web client, i.e. via subdomain.zoom.us/wc/join/... Most of the time participants do not actively "Leave" a meeting but simply close the tab of their browser. While their audio and video naturally does not get transmitted anymore, they are still displayed as a participant in the call. For several obvious reasons that is an issue:

• Network issues might cause the participant to drop out and re-enter resulting in duplicated participant
• Faulty participant tracking
• Difficult to tell if participants left or have issues with their audio/video

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Create meeting. Enter via web client and as host via desktop app. Close browser tab. Observe that participant is still part of the meeting.

Hello. I created a recurring Zoom with my mother in law in France. I deleted it from my scheduled meetings but she still receiving these updates.

Since today, the recordings from the cloud can no longer be played back.

The plan is active and paid for, so that's not the problem.

If you click on the link, only the headline appears but no video player. I have 60 recordings that I provide for a course and the students would like to continue learning, it would be important that this works again soon.

I have tried it on Firefox, Chrome and Opera, both Windows and Linux. Doesn't work anywhere.

I have been the victim of a pyramid scheme called Trust Investing. In a zoom meeting I remember asking a scam entrepreneur a question where he assured that exactly what has happened would not happen. I did not record the zoom call, it was a meeting with many people. I want to know if there is any kind of record or if everything that was said in that meeting was lost forever because it was not recorded. If there is any way to recover that information, I will send it to the police. Cheers
