I am trying to schedule two zoom meetings but with just one registration for both.
I have a Pro account. I have two computers, only one of which was used with Zoom. That computer crashed yesterday while in the midst a Zoom meeting I was hosting (with 1 individual). When the computer restarted, I signed out of Zoom. Subsequently, I logged in to Zoom on my second computer and started a new meeting. Things seem to work fine until the 1 individual was greeted with a message stating I had another meeting in progress. I ended for the meeting for all, quit Zoom, and the other individual and I tried again. Same result. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It there a function to have Zoom sending me the attendee reports and links to download recording after each meeting? I found it quite time consuming to download all the reports myself after the meetings.
We are having a reoccurring issue with our breakout rooms. Typically when getting over 70 in the meeting at some point any of the meeting cohosts can not assign new members to specific break out room. Any ideas on why they seem to get stuck in the main lobby room and not be able to move themselves or be assigned by a cohost? We usually have our meeting with 50 break out rooms opened with the allow participants to choose room option. We do this so agents can navigate freely as well as assign clients who join to specific breakout rooms as needed.

I got an email that my participants have joined my meeting, but did not see them on the list of participants when I started the meeting. I was the host. Has it happened to anyone else before? I tried to follow instructions from this post https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Participant-List/m-p/42091 however the meeting doesn't show up for some reason, every other meeting does! I am updating zoom right now, but it didn't happen after that --weird

I do not create my own training meeting so I can not create a template to accomplish this....how can I store a poll or quiz and not attach it to a meeting. I teach the same class a few times a week and would like to reuse a poll/quiz but not base it on a particular meeting ID. Can I create them and then download into the session when needed? Feature was in Webex.

I have used Zoom unpaid for a long time but I want to be able to record and possibly develop other possibilities such as hosting small group meetings. Which level of subscription do I need and what are the limitations (if any) of using an iPad, please?

Is there functionality to sync the chat message time with the actual recording of content so one does not have to try and figure out what comment goes with the recording?
I am looking at adding a user in my organisation with their own basic account to my licenced account and making my account the parent/main account. If I do that, can me (parent) and the member arrange our own meetings, that may be on same date and time, or will it only allow one meeting be organised? I've tried to get the answer for this online but can't find one 😉
