Hi!

If:

a. I was assigned as an interpreter in a meeting

b. and the meeting host and myself enabled the automatic live captions feature

Can I see these captions while interpreting?? I want to use them as a script of the speaker's utterance to help me cope with him/her!

Or is it only merit for normal attendees not interpreters...? or does the host control enabling it alone and might not allow me to make the best use of it?

Hi!

I cannot share music during Zoom meetings via Windows 10 on my HP Pavilion 16 laptop .   I think I've ticked all the right boxes in Zoom audio settings, and indeed, voice is shared without issue, but when music is played, the other participants hear silence.   So, e.g., if I play a video with voice and music alternating, only the voice sections are shared.   If I try to share a music track from iTunes, nothing at all is heard by the OP.   I am at a loss to know whether this is a problem with Zoom or with the settings on my laptop.   I've tried various solutions on the Zoom Forum and Google to no avail.   Help, please!

When conducting a meeting with a particular user, her audio cuts in and out. She cannot hear me and I cannot hear her for about 20 seconds. This happens continuously throughout our meeting. It does not occur with myself or any other user. I also see that her bandwidth drops very low occasionally throughout our meeting.

I am hoping we can trouble shoot this with her. She does have an account with zoom and is in our basic user list.

How to get rid of 6-digit security code

Hi,

I don't use 2FA but when signing in from a different geo-location, my biz-partner receives an email with a 6-digit code.

How do I switch this setting off?

Zoom Recording

How do I save/download a zoom recording that was recorded on a different computer? I switched laptops and now I am unable to  download a very important recording.  Zoom stops me everytime I click 'open'.  Any way around this?

I have an individual user who is being put into a waiting room (she must be admitted to the meeting) during a recurring scheduled meeting. This is not the case for any other users who attend this meeting. She is licensed similarly to other users and is joining this meeting from a laptop,  and I cannot seem to find any reason that this would be occurring for her. What am I missing here?

My wife's professional zoom account is disabled.  The only message received is "Account is disabled. Please contact your account owner or administrator."  She is the sole user, is the account owner, there is no administrator.

Because the account is disabled she is unable to contact support because the first thing it asks is to sign in - which gets the message displayed above. - Catch-22 in action!

Question - how to break the loop and contact support to find out why the account is disabled and to correct it so she can continue to provide a telehealth service?

(tried the reset password option early on but that didn't fix the problem and is no longer an available option)
