I am trying to record segments of a Zoom meeting and then replay these segments back to the particpants of the meeting. However, when I record the segments, I have to end the meeting in order for the file to save locally to my computer. I have also tried using the cloud, which seems to also only save the recordings after the meeting has ended. Is there any way to bypass this?

Zoom was stopping after 40 minutes

I have made an upgrade to Pro to have more then 40 minutes.

But today it was not working, after 40 minutes it was dark and everyone was out of the meeting.

What can I do?

Time in waiting room not responding with time meeting

We regularly do zoom meetings and notice that the time clock in the waiting room does not match the scheduled times of the meeting. Then it seems we start later when you're in the waiting area? What's up with that?

 

Share screen not working - i get an alert that i can't share screen all the time.

A Screen sharing alert (cannot share screen) appears whenever i join or someone joins me on a Zoom session. I can't share screen, it's been going on for a few weeks already. 

I tried logging out and then logging in,  downloading updated client, unistalling Zoom and re-installing it. 

Checked all security definitions.

Happens on sessions i start, or sessions i'm invited to.

What can be the problem??

I don't here what talk me un the meeting. During testing speakers I don't hear ringtone. The speakers are ok.

Wrong side-by-side mode when unpin video

Hi, there's an issue if i use "side-by-side: Gallery" view, then i pin someone's video, and if i unpin it i see "side-by-side: Speaker" view, nevertheless the checkbox in thew view dropdown remains on "side-by-side: Gallery". for sure i'd like to turn back to my previous chosen state, in my case it is "side-by-side: Gallery" view.

Resolved! Zoom LTI in Canvas - Scheduling (Basic and Pro accounts)

If a Basic Zoom account user schedules a Zoom meeting within Canvas LTI, but a Pro Zoom account starts that meeting within Canvas, will it affect the timings? is it capped at 40mins?

Greetings! In Zoom Pro plan, I am host and admin for a support group I run for people with a specific rare disease.  Recently, when invited participants try to enter meeting, they rec'd Host in Another Meeting message,  even  when I'm not. I scheduled it  using my PMI in zoom app. Any ideas on how to prevent this? Thanks!
