We are an enterprise that holds seminars online with zoom. We bought 3 licenses because sometimes there are 3 seminars at the same time. The User-Name Login for the licenses are 3 E-Mail-Addresses of the organization team. There are about 9 different lecturers who have to hold the seminars and who have to login with the above-mentioned login-details. Of course the lecturers don't have access to the E-Mail-Accounts of those 3 E-Mail-Addresses. Since a few months Zoom is regularly demanding for a verification code that is only available with access to the E-Mail-Adress of the license. We had many complications and problems because the seminars couldn't start on time or couldn't start at all because the lecturer hadn't managed to login to start the meeting. Since the lecturers don't have access and the organisation-team can not always be there to transfer the verification codes – what could be the solution for this situation?

Usually, I run my Zoom meetings using the Wi-Fi connection. Just recently, I had to switch to my mobile data (due to internet connection problems). By doing that my poll button disappeared. When finally switching back to my network, polls showed up again and I were able to launch them. What has happened? What do I need to change that I can see/launch my pools when using mobile data? Any help is appreciated. 🙏

We are using OBS with Zoom at our camera club to supply a feed to members who cannot attend in person. In OBS there is an option to “Window Capture” where you select the window title required. When I use this with Zoom the window title does not remain the same, changing from Zoom.exe to Zoom Merting.exe in what appears a random way. Is there a guaranteed setup that will keep the window title the same or have others found an alternative method to use with OBS. By default I am sharing the OBS projector output to Zoom, which depending on the required scene configuration could have a full Zoom window display or it could occupy a portion of the display. Stuart

...when all the search terms mean something else? 🙂 When I enter a room, I am able to use my bluetooth headphones, but cannot hear anything else from my phone or my PC. I listen to music while I work, through the same headphones I use for Zoom. Note: The music is for me only -- I do not wish to share my music with the room. Starting to see my trouble with googling? I have tried ALL the variations and permutations of the settings in Zoom and in Win10. I've even re-paired the headset. Any time I join a meeting with audio, Zoom steals all output for itself. This happens even when the music is coming from my phone, through the BT headset. While I can have my headset connected to my phone and my PC simultaneously, I cannot listen to audio from two sources (this appears to be normal for my headphones). Until a couple weeks ago, I could listen to music (stereo) and when there was audio in my meeting, I could pause my music and hear the room.... That no longer appears to work. If I'm in a room, then Zoom hoards all the audio. Even not being connected with computer audio does not "release" my audio. At first, I could not listen to my music (via my browser on my PC) in stereo because Zoom connects as a headset. In Windows settings, I've unchecked the box that would 'allow applications to take exclusive control of this device'. (I've tried it both checked and unchecked but neither affects my problem.) Specs: Win 10 Zoom 5.12.0 (8964) Anker Soundcore Life U2 bluetooth headphones /headset I've tried a number of googling terms but frequently the term I would use is already in use, but means something else. Examples: zoom share audio - I don't want to share my audio. I want zoom to allow non-zoom audio through my headphones zoom audio multiple input sources - I get results for multiple outputs zoom steals all audio - While I've read some of the pages from this search, none of them appears to be similar to my issue, nor do they suggest anything that helps. Help. 🤔

Hello I would like to be able to only record 2 or 3 people in a zoom meeting so I can get the agreement to publish and sell the given course without getting problema of copyright and of others. Is that posible if there is 10 people with the camera on is it possible to choose 2 to be on the recording only?

Hi all, I'm setting up Zoom in VDI and want to leverage the Citrix Media Plugin, but am confused as to which installer I should be using for the endpoint. Documentation referenced the Citrix Media Plugin, does this auto-install as part of the standard zoom (or Zoom for VDI) installer? Just to be clear, this is for the endpoint that we will use to connect to Citrix, not the installation on the VDI system itself. Thanks!

Good afternoon, I want to have three meeting choices for my participants to choose from. Is there a way that I can schedule a few meetings with one invite that allows them the option to choose which one timeframe they would like to put on their calendar? Thank you, Kristen

How can I edit an audio recording? I couldn't even locate this in either cloud or local recordings. I would need a representative to guide me, please. Thanks.

Hello, We have an event this Wednesday and need to provide one of our departments with the Attendance Reports for all meetings that day. Is it possible to do this in bulk somehow? There will be no other meetings held on this day besides the ones for days event. Thanks for any help, Shane
