Please advise, I was part of a zoom meeting in which the host recorded. I have requested a copy of the recording but the host does not want to share the recording.
How can I obtain the recording?

I am a Zoom user, planning to upgrade to premium next month so I can host a high school social club reunion. We are all in our mid-eighties and many will need help to upgrade their Zoom software. I have made the upgrade on my PC. I attach a HDMI cord from my PC to a TV in another room for an exercise glass. Previously, the PC automatically transferred the video and sound to the TV. Now only the video is seen and no sound comes through. I need help here. The big issue is for my club brothers. I need to send them step-by-step, detailed instructions (PC and MAC) to upgrade their software and test it. I will schedule a test before our scheduled meeting, which is on September 22nd. I’m hoping for a prompt reply. Thank you very much. ShelN

Hello group ... Has anyone discovered a way to reset the status indicator from "in a calendar event" to "available" when an appointment ends early. Sometimes, it can be reset manually, but it would be great if when a call ended it reset automatically. Let me know.

I want to password protect a meeting saved on the cloud and then share the meeting link and password in separate emails. I figured out how to record, save and share the meeting with a password, but wither I choose to copy and past the link manually into an email or have the system send the recording directly to the recipient, the password is listed immediately below the link. This makes no sense to me. I want to share the password separately over the phone(verbally) or in a separate email. Is this possible?

When in a zoom meeting I can share a screen but when I hit "stop share" zoom locks up and I get either "wait for the program" or "close the program". Waiting does nothing...so i have to get shut down and reenter. I've played with advanced share settings and nothing seems to fix this problem. Help please...I'm running a three day event and have to share screens this week 😞

I have enabled the Waiting Room in Account Settings, and specified a particular Customized Waiting Room. In the Waiting Room Edit Options I also checked off, Allow participants in the waiting room to reply to host and co-hosts. I also had updated to the latest version of Zoom before making these settings. However, in a subsequent meeting, the Default Waiting Room displays, not the Customized Waiting Room. Furthermore, people in the Waiting Room can't reply to hosts/co-hosts. Any suggestions? Thanks

I recently updated by zoom because working live was phasing out. After the update my original zoom ID is not scheduling my meetings accordingly. It continues to populate a new ID and password. Even after I've taken all the steps in my profile and under meetings to select "use this meeting ID and password." I'm out of time and patience. I've followed every prompt under link sent to me by zoom. Anyone relate or have any advice?
