Good morning.  I just joined with a Pro Membership.  I have attended plenty of zoom meetings but I've never set up one or managed an account.  So, complete newby on that front.  I did get signed up easily and I set up a meeting for tomorrow.  Sent out the invitations, which I believe everyone got.  I will be hosting this meeting in a different location from my office and was intending to do so on my laptop.  However, I am unable to login to zoom with my account credentials.  When I try, it just spins.  Never gives me an error message.  But it won't login.  I have cleared the browsing history and the cookies, still the same.  Please help.  Thank you.

How can I mute my speaker sound on iPhone?

In some situations, I need to temporarily mute the speaker on my iPhone while in a Zoom meeting.

 

I've tried turning the volume all the way down using the iPhone buttons, and I've also tapped on the speaker icon at the top left of the screen, but there's still sound coming out of the speaker.  

 

Is this a bug in the app, or a deliberate feature, for example to avoid forgetting you're in a meeting?

je participe à des réunions Zoom avec un Chromebook et je les enregistre.
Le problème est que ma voix est claire dans l'enregistrement, mais celle de l'autre participant est très faible, voire inaudible .
J'ai déjà vérifié et réglé le volume de sortie du Chromebook au maximum, mais cela ne résout pas le problème.
J'utilise la version web de Zoom (et non l'application), et cela se produit à chaque réunion.
Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème ? Existe-t-il un paramètre ou une solution spécifique pour garantir que la voix de mon participant soit correctement enregistrée ?

Can I see a list of users and what software version they have?

Hoping to find a list of users with their OS and software version, so I can keep them all up to date.  I know I can set a force option, but I do no want that.  

 

Any ideas?

We have an account that needs to record EVERY meeting with video, audio and transcript. All our accounts have the recording settings accordingly. However, once the meeting is processed there are cases where the video is missing, the transcript is missing or both. 

We are trying to reach out to support but are unable to. This is a critical issue because we work with education and we need all recordings for every session.

Joining a meeting or zoom call taking 3-5 mins

Its taking long while joining a meeting. I have tried logging in using Zoom link, meeting id & password, clicking on Join from zoom app, accpeting a call directly - same observation. Its just showing connecting. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom. I am using Zoom workplace, corporate edition & current version is Version: 6.4.10 (64378). Even after host has opened the room, its taking min 3 mins for me to join. Till then its showing as 'Connecting'.

 

How can this be resolved? Please help!

Virtual background wont return to default None/ Blurred

I added a color to my virtual background somehow. I cant find that option to disable it anymore and the default None/ Blurred retains the pink color accidentally selected. How can I return it to default None Background- BTW- I do have it set to None ... Show more

When I share my screen - the screen I am sharing appears as a super tiny screen, 3 inches by 3 inches.  I cannot make it bigger.  I have tried every setting in settings.  Nothing changes.  My shared screen appears as this little tiny screen attached to the top of the screen in the middle or the bottom.

Duplicate Calendar meetings
