Code 124 error

I have a code 124 error. I have Zoom one pro and am on a windows computer.
My email addresses are the same in app and web.
I have tried c:\usser\username\documents\Zoom and can't work out how to enter this to access the chat just said to put it in, but put in in where? Low tech people need more help. Thank you

I use Zoom Cloud Meeting on my computer - I have a problem When I try to log in - I get this message Failed to sign in, please try again (Error code: 124) And Zoom does not open Even though I am sure that the email and password are correct

I get this message
Failed to sign in, please try again (Error code: 124)
And Zoom does not open
Even though I am sure that the email and password are correct
