camera not working on desktop, Windows 10

I added a 4 port hub to the line into which the camera plugs. Now it's plugged into the 4 port hub.  Nothing else plugged into that circuit.  It was working until I added the hub.

    Hey @askimo99, first assumption that it's the USB hub. I have a 4 USB port connected with a camera, keyboard, mouse, and headset and seem to have no issues with Zoom.
