When I had a two monitor (windows) set up, the local recording was of the spotlight on me on the first screen while I viewed the students on the second, larger display. Now I have a new mac with no second screen and all I can get recorded is the gallery view that I need to see my students. But THEY need to see me, in a closeup, in the recordings, not equal squares in a gallery view. I spotlight myself so they see me, but the recording doesn't reflect that. What can I do? I am in-puttng via OBS -

Hello, I have signed up again, for the 500 Large meeting add on. The goal is to enable users past 100 count to sign on to a show I'm having this weekend! In the past, I have subscribed to this and my guests were stopped at 100. I need to ensure there won't be any issues this weekend as I'm doing heavy marketing to increase my audience. Please help, is there a way to guarantee my subscription for 500 will work this time.

I would like a profile photo to appear on the screen when the video is off, as I see others being able to do. My understanding is that this photo is from the profile photo, but when I try and upload a 47k jpg file, I get a rejection message stating that it is block by a security policy, even though the file is a small fraction of the 2 M max size. How do I fix this? Thank you!

I have been recording locally for a long time. My zoom files don't have sound anymore in audio files or in embedded video files. Privacy setting allow Zoom on the microphone. Please help. Can the audio be recovered? It was a critical meeting today and no sound.

Hello! I am on an Education account with a university and attempting to use a Lumens DC170 document camera as a video/camera source in Zoom. The camera has a maximum resolution of 1080p, which it is currently set to. I've also set Zoom to use 1080p in Settings > In Meeting (Advanced) > Group HD video. However, when using the DC170 as the camera for Zoom, the image is significantly reduced in quality, as if compressed -- see attachment, where the number to the left of each line indicates what point font it is. I did read that Zoom will downsample video playback of greater than 1080p resolution but this isn't greater than 1080p, so I'm unsure what's causing the issue. Any thoughts or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

whenever I join a zoom meeting, it seems that zoom is using up all of my broadband or my ram and I'm unable to do anything else whilst on it. I'm on a pretty good system with 32gb of ram and my broadband is 200mpbs ( virgin media ) so there shouldn't be a problem. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and has any solutions. thank you

We are using zoom as part of a conference, to manage some sessions. We can track all the people who registered and need to know who also then attends. In the past this required registrants to be logged into zoom when they register. And in some cases, a few people need to create a zoom account before they can register. This is creating customer service complaints, and we may be losing registrants. If we turn this off then everyone can register easily, but we don't get a report on who logged into each session on the day of the conference. Is there some way to keep this setting toggled off and still track who shows up to each conference session?
