New App Icon

The new desktop app icon with version 5.12.0 is not good. On my windows taskbar, the icon looks like a blue circle. The "zoom" text on the icon is way too small to read. No distinguishing "zoom" character to the icon. The old one was better. Show more

SSO Logins

We have some older user that use *********** to login to O365 all new users over the past two years have been configured as ***********. Recently configured SSO and users are configured with email addresses.  Could not figure out why some users were getting basic accounts even though they were set as licensed.  What is happening is when they login via sso it creates a new account using UPN instead of email address.  Is there a way to force zoom to look at the email address so that it can associate the accounts already in there?

Recording - audio only but I need video recording too

I am recording a meeting to the cloud and the recording is only audio only.

I have checked the account settings and made sure the audio only box is not ticked.

What else can I do?

zoom not connecting

I have been trying to join my weekly zoom meetings since Thursday and I am unable to join using my Mac. Can someone tell what might be wrong? I have tried all the suggestions in the community but to avail.

List of Registrants

I want to export a list of all registrants for my Zoom meeting. The Zoom Support says to Open Registration, click on registrants, and click on Export in upper right corner. I see no such button or option. 

Audio cutting out when we put microphone near piano to listen

During our Zoom church service, we switch to a mic on the piano in order to hear the music being played. The first few notes are heard and then the audio cuts out. When talking directly into the mic, the words can be heard on Zoom. We have tried seve... Show more

During our Zoom church service, we switch to a mic on the piano in order to hear the music being played.  The first few notes are heard and then the audio cuts out.  When talking directly into the mic, the words can be heard on Zoom.  We have tried several mics with the same results.

 

We think we have adjusted the setting related to the level of background noise to allow the most noise, but it still cuts out.  Any suggestions?

May I know if there is a way we can track the details of the meeting we have attended such as date, time, Duration, and no of participants attended.  If there is a way, can I know how can we do that? If not, can we request the ZOOM developer to look into that for us? There are situations we need to provide evidence to management for our activities.
