Troubleshooting non-SSO user account logins

Hello,

We use  local Zoom (with 2FA) and SSO accounts for users to signin into our account. We need to troubleshoot non-SSO users signin. We have some local Zoom users complaining about account being locked after several login attempts

How do we check (from Zoom Admin dashboard) account state (active/disabled) for non-SSO  user and authentication attempts?

Thanks,

How to check SSO user or non-SSO user: Web portal > User management > Users

You can see an SSO mark or others.

How to check Active or not: Web portal > Account Management > Reports > Active Hosts
