Captions displaying over shared screen powerpoint are often unreadable.

I can record a meeting on my computer, and I can see the captions are displayed, but when during the meeting a powerpoint has white background, but during playback the white captions are displayed in white and therefore invisible.   Need some way to have the captions displayed in an area of the playback screen that doesn't compete with the meeting video.  Is there a way to do that?  I've included an image showing the white captions overlaying the playback of a shared screen powerpoint.

switching owner and license

We have a Pro account, and have been using a recurring meeting every day for about 1 hour for the past several months. We switched the owner email and then the license to the new owner's email yesterday and the regular recurring meeting capped at 40 minutes today. Does anyone know what steps we need to take so our recurring meeting has unlimited duration time again? I am attaching screenshots of the recurring meeting and the users.

Ps notice I reverted the license back to the way it was, under, *********** who was also the owner before switching it to ***********

My camera is is showing a blank video

I purchased an external camera for my laptop since I am not really impressed with the quality of my built-in camera. When I plugged the new camera in and tried to join a meeting in Zoom, it only showed a blank video/image. I tried to check if the same issue occurs in other applications, and it turned out the issue is only in my Zoom app. All other apps shows the camera is working. I tried to troubleshoot multiple times with the help of google and youtube (uninstall/install driver, uninstall/install Zoom app, etc) and nothing worked.

 

Can someone help me? Now even my built-in camera isn't working. Just a blank image. ONLY IN ZOOM. Rest of my apps, camera is working fine. I've been joining meetings using my phone since which is really hard.

why some of participant can't join the breakout room? even if i make them the co-host they still cannot join the breakout room.

we make live streaming discussion board for ppl, where is 2-4 speakers and all other ppl is muted and only watching. Sure, we know how to change personal background behind every speakers but question is if there a way change this black strips up and down on shared screen - my idea is put some kind of wallpaper behind speakers.  And if yes, its depends any license or addon etc?

Video pixelated using Chromebox or chromebook

Tried using my chromebox and chromebook for a zoom meeting this evening and was treated to horrible video quality using two different cameras. When I pulled out an older windows laptop and attached the same cameras, I had crystal clear video. Has anyone else had issues on chrome os with poor vid quality? If so, how did you overcome?

 

Also, this is the very first time I've had trouble. Used this set up for over a year without issue until today. Did a recent chrome os update break zoom?
