When you get in the room you have to enable mic manually, if you don't preset the opposite option.

May I activate it automatically for the participants in my personal room (i've a premium)?

The question is totally different. I wanna let everybody in with mic on as default setting...

The mic setting is related to each people's setting below:

From Zoom Client App, Settings > Audio > Please uncheck "Mute my mic when joining a meeting"
