Meeting invitations not getting through to recipients
As per the title - I send out meeting invitations from zoom but recipients aren't receiving them. Thoughts?

As per the title - I send out meeting invitations from zoom but recipients aren't receiving them. Thoughts?
I am able to receive chats during a meeting and can type a reply but am unable to send it . What am I missing ?
I have a Zoom group weekly meeting which has been working since the beginning of the pandemic. For the last 2 weeks I am the only person in the group who can no longer receive or send messages or images, I either get the red exclamation and 'Message could not be sent' when I try to send text or the spinning wheel for images. I cannot see what anyone else has put in the chat either. I have left and rejoined the group. Zoom is working fine outside of this group. It also has started to show that there are 'external user(s) present. I assume this is as I have a business account and they are outside of my business. I have been through the settings looking for anything obvious. If anyone can shed any light on this it would be most welcome! Thanks

I've got a great problem using Apple products. There is no sound - either micro. nor dynamics. I've already tried several gadgets, both Ipads and Iphones. It just says "You need to connect the sound to hear other participants". For sure, I've already checked all the settings. I enclose the screenshot with this notification.

I am required to dial into meetings via phone and when I do I enter the meeting ID followed by # (and this works fine)
Then I am asked to put in participant ID and/or passcode when I do so (sometimes) it doesn't recognise it; and, to be clear it doesn't recognise that I am inputting any numbers it says I have not submitted a passcode so it is not the case of me using the wrong passcode.
This happens to both me and my colleagues and it happens when we dial in from both our work phones and our mobile so it must be (I guess) an issue with the zoom meetings that we are setting up ??? Any help GREATLY appreciated

hi folks, I set up a short survey for meeting participants. I found how to view and download a CSV file of survey responses under the Meetings tab (when logged into zoom.us) but I cannot see the original survey, as presented to participants, or the response choices offered for one of the items. The item at issue is a "ratings scale" question and I entered specific words to label the ratings scale. The responses are shown only as 0-1-2-3 and not related to the scale itself. I cannot see the survey now that the meeting has ended. (the multiple choice and text answer items are fine) How can I see this info? and what can I do to prevent this (rather useless) form of data display for next time? thanks much BurrowingOwl

Hi I had a badly experience today. A was administering a sub account from a customer reviewing his setting until right before the meeting and joined the meeting while staying at the sub account. This was really bad! Only workaround for me, is to use the admin portal within a private browser session every time I´m administering a sub account. As I could not find any information about this I opened a case on Zoom support. cheers Matias
Once joined the meeting I noticed that I have not joined the meeting with my own account instead I joined the meeting with owners account from the sub account. Even if I was logged in as me in the Zoom desktop client!!
I´m wondering if I´m the only one with such a bad experience or if there are other admins that had this issue?

I have the year subscription to Pro package. Is there a time limit on meetings with more than 1 person? @timelimits
hi, i need solution with zoom breakout room. i have large meeting add-on with 1000 participants, when in-meeting all of my participants join on main session and i create 5 breakout room with option my participants can select and join one of my breakout room that i have been made, on firstly i open breakout room its working fine, the participant can join on breakout room, and i (as host) can assign participant to breakout room, but not for long time since i open breakout room, my breakout like hang or freeze, my participant cannot join to breaokut room (when they click anfd join to breakout room nothing happen) and i (as host) cannot assign them too (the assign button is there, but when i assigned them, nothing happen too). this case happen 2 time in same day, and i have updated version of zoom meeting client to be host. is this an issue ? or there is be a setting that i missed ?

Hi! This is to request if can my account receive reactivation again even for 1 day? This is too see again the list of the cloud recordings in this account. I've already downloaded the recordings but they need evidence here that it is already cleared and all the videos there are already downloaded to my PC. Please. Thank you in advance.
