The video saved in the cloud is suddenly lost

My zoom account has no time limit, use less than 300 members, paid
the videos on the cloud were suddenly deleted but no one in the team reported that they were deleted
so when the data is full, zoom will delete itself?
Is there any way to recover data?

    Hey there! You may have auto delete enabled for your cloud recordings. You can check that here >> https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360048488451#h_01FWPBXP8SKSRG71N2HT4TY3T9
     
    TLDR: If this is enabled then your recordings get auto deleted depending on  the number of days selected.
