Hi.  I bought a second zoom pro license last night and connected it to my account so I can handle payments.  I bought this so that 2 members of my team can both have separate zoom meetings at the same time.

 

Today when I logged in to have a meeting it said that I needed to end the meeting in progress.

 

There must be a setting so that there can be a meeting under each user name at the same time? Or do I need to disconnect the accounts and pay for them separately.

 

I am sorry if this has been asked before - I did search and could not find anything easily.

I had a webinar last week and I want the same set up for my next week call as well. I want to know if my attendees can reuse the same link which was shared previously.  And will it be appropriate to just change the date of my previous webinar and bring it to my upcoming schedules. Also, how long a meeting/webinar link remains valid to use?

In joining meeting from Browser, "this meeting is for authorized attendees only."

My account is registered with one email, and I add a meeting to a calendar on a different email address (both Gmail).

However, when the meeting starts and I login to the account email, but join the meeting through the second email (it's an invited email to the meeting), my camera won't turn on.  The camera works, and if someone else sends me a Zoom link there are no issues.

Anyone have any thoughts on what I need to do?

Can't switch Chat back to all

When I have chat directly with somebody and don't switch back to all and that person leaves the session, I then can't switch back to all. The only option I then have is to chat with a host. I consider this an error.

updating Zoom

I want to update my Zoom.  The problem I am having is it freezes, and I can't hear anyone and the people can't hear me.

Co Host Capabilities

Our team used Zoom daily and I'm often made co-host for meetings, but the meetings never show up in my account. I have checked both my account and the original schedulers account and my email address is correct.
