Change to meeting time limit?

Hello,

 

I run a volunteer tutoring program, and one of my volunteers reported that her meeting was cut off after one hour. (She had previously restarted it after 40 minutes, since she's using a free account.) Can anyone explain why this happened?

    Hi, @newtonell,

     

    As far as I know, there are no 1-hour limits anywhere in Zoom.  Only the 40 minute limit on Basic (free) accounts... and paid accounts are limited to 30 hours.

     

    All Basic/unpaid accounts are now limited to 40 minutes in duration... the only exception being a meeting that is attended only by the meeting creator.
