Reuse a Meeting/Webinar Link

Hi,

I had a webinar last week and I want the same set up for my next week call as well. I want to know if my attendees can reuse the same link which was shared previously.  And will it be appropriate to just change the date of my previous webinar and bring it to my upcoming schedules. Also, how long a meeting/webinar link remains valid to use?

Hi, @AnkitG,

Your meeting from a week ago will now be in the "Previous Meetings" tab.  If you locate that meeting, you can check the Recurring Meetings check-box, and from there, either schedule future meetings, or make the recurrence "No fixed time", which means the meeting would be perpetually reusable.

Use this approach with caution, though, since anyone with special privileges on the host's account or this meeting (Scheduling Privilege, Alternate Host, etc.) could start the meeting and potentially kick the host out of some other meeting he/she is hosting.
