Trying to figure out how to do this. Here is the flow on how I get my meetings... Client books on calendly Request goes to department head - who then assigns the meetings out through Google email When I accept ownership, I am wanting to assign a random Zoom ID for the meeting rather than my personal number as sometimes I have meetings that go back to back How can I assign that random number while editing the meeting request in Google? Hope this makes sense.

How do I keep zoom visible when using other pages? I can do this on my normal computer but not on chromebook
Despite the fact that the background is set to "none," it kept changing randomly during a meeting. Several times I set it back to "none," but this didn't solve the problem. I haven't been able to find anything on this, so I'm hoping someone here can help. Thank you!

My backgrounds and filters have disappeared. How can I reload them?

Do we have a user manual about how participants can join a meeting and use in-meeting features?
Need to share it with the participants to understand the Zoom functionality for smooth collaboration.
I work for a small company who utilized zoom a lot. We recently completed a transfer of ownership to our account and lost some of our previous settings. As account owner, when scheduling meetings a link would get populated for you to share, it would populate with "[company name] invites you" now when we schedule a meeting the link populated stating "[individual's name] invites you". Does anyone know how we can go about getting our account setup this way again? Our admin has been running into issues scheduling meetings because it comes up that she is the "host" but she is scheduling on behalf of someone else and isn't actually attending the meetings. When she as the host doesn't join the meeting the users then sit in a waiting room. In the interim, I have disabled the waiting room and enabled participants to join before the host however my concern with that is that if there isn't actually a host assigned no one in the meeting will have any privileges. For example, if the meeting is progressing and its a good conversation and they want to start recording, there is no way for them to do that without host permissions. I'm really looking for a permanent fix vs a temporary fix. Does someone give me some advice on the steps I should take to schedule for our organization as whole? Thank you!!

The captions can be moved on the desktop easily, but what about the phone?

hey, I have a problem with joining the meeting via Zoom. When I open the Zoom application on the iPad, the problem appears, but if I open it from the computer or any other device, I can enter, so I think that this problem is only in Zoom on my iPad how can i solve this problem.
