A couple weeks ago, when creating a Zoom meeting through Google calendar, a warning popped up alerting me that I am on a basic plan and can only hold meetings of 40 minutes or less for three or more people. However, when I log into Zoom, it tells me that I'm licensed to host a meeting of 300 people, and when I click on "upgrade plan" in Google calendar, it takes me to Zoom, which again tells me I'm already licensed. The admin for my company also shows that I'm licensed. This has been incredibly frustrating. Any suggestions?

In the zoom desktop app, on the meetings tab, list of all my meetings for the day on left column, the selected item defaults to start of the day rather than the current time of day or my next scheduled meeting. So I have to scroll through the day's meetings to get to the one I want to join/start. I'd like it to know that at 1:50pm I probably want the 2pm meeting vs the 9am (and then have to scroll to get to 2pm) Is there a setting somewhere controlling this? Or is this a feature I can request? It is a minor irritant but one mentioned by a lot of my users. Thanks.

I teach a Sunday School group each week with 3 other teachers. one of our participants have individual paid Zoom accounts. We would like to set up a recurring meeting and name 3 basic zoom account holders as cohosts in case one of the hosts cannot make a particular session. How do we accomplish this? When I enter one of the Zoom account holders email addresses as an alternative host, I get this message: Unable to assign "email listed" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time. What am I doing wrong?

We have a recurring meeting setup in Outlook using the Zoom add-in. Since the last update when trying to change one of the recurring meetings date & time we see it update on the Zoom schedule but in Outlook the meeting is not being updated, changed or sending out an invite email letting people know of the change. Is this now by design?

Whenever I schedule a recurring meeting in Outlook via the add-in, it does not get listed with all the other meetings that were directly created in the web portal under the specified dates and times. Instead, it just shows up in a Recurring category. I ran a few tests setting the recurrence in various ways. See below. Additionally, when I edit the meeting, I see that it says there is no fixed time and end date even though I chose a very specific date range or specific days, times, and duration for the meetings. Everything looks fine on the Outlook calendar, but it doesn't seem to translate to Zoom with the proper fields in place. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, I am working on a web application which needs to create and record zoom meetings between two users. The recording is to be done on the Admin's (Api account holder) cloud storage. 1) Can we host multiple meetings at the same time and record them on the cloud? 2) Can we create multiple meetings from admins account and assign one of the participant as the host? The recoding should still be on the Admin's cloud account. There could be 100's of meetings taking place at a time. All meetings need to be recorded on the Admin / API holder account. Looking forward to your response. Regards

My Zoom keeps crashing whenever someone in the meeting shares their screen. It usually happens when the number of people in the meeting is high. I tried with the latest & some older versions of zoom. I even tried to see the performance of the stats of the system when screen sharing is enabled. But I couldn't really see anything different. I've just bought this laptop, so older specs shouldn't be an reason for this.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Hi, I use a MacBook Air and I need to use the virtual background without using a green or a blue background for my meetings but unfortunately I don t have such an option, because the pictures are not enable to use them. The only choice which the app allows me to use the virtual background is by using a green or a blue background. I deleted and re-install the app but nothing. I also tried to fix it using the manually-option but still no result. Could anyone give me a solution? Thanks in advance
