First, I’ll recommend you submit a feature request: https://zoom.us/feed/

Next, the volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have information about upcoming feature implementations, unless they are already announced in Release Notes.

Lastly, just my opinion: The Linux Client is probably the least used client (maybe Google Chrome is in the same range), and implementing options like Original Sound might be more difficult to code for… otherwise they’d have done Linux along with Windows and Mac.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

Linux client may be least used and that could be due to lack of feature parity. Sort of like chicken/egg.

I am currently exploring options on how to run Zoom via a MacOS/Windows VM just so I can avail of "original sound" feature as my listeners don't enjoy the sound being relayed from my linux client.

Hence this is a valid concern and something that could boost usage on Linux.
