I updated my stepmother's Zoom recently and it's now saying she cannot use backgrounds as the hardware is not powerful enough. She has an AMD A10-9700, which Windows About PC says has 10 cores. Is this not powerful enough? Is there a switch to force Zoom to use backgrounds? Previously they worked

I would like to obtain a license that allows for 1,000 people to enter the room. Please tell me if there are any differences in functionality from the 500 person version. For example, number of breakout rooms, headcount, functions when making and operating rooms, etc...

Hi everyone. Since last week, my son has been having troubles when trying to join his classes via zoom trough google calendar by clicking the meetings links his teachers created. He uses Linux Lite 5.8 and it is all updated as well as zoom desktop client to the latest version. We don't know what is happening because it worked fine before. When trying to join a class, he waits in the waiting room and when the host allows him to join, Zoom closes suddenly and he can not enter his class. When open zoom again it asks to send a report and we have done it, but the problem persists. In the other hand, he can join the classes using the web browser (Chrome), but can not use all the tools he needs (annotations, for example). So far, his classmates don't complain about something like that because they are not dealing with this issue. Could it be because meeting links were created using windows and his classmates also use this OS or maybe an update or something? Has anyone experienced something like this? I hope we can get help and solve the issue. Thanks in advance

Hey there! I'm trying to enable cloud recoding, but zoom is telling that I don't have enough storage. However, I've deleted all me previous recordings already. Can someone help me? PS.: My clip is in Portuguese, but basically Zoom shows me that I've used 73,32GB of 5 GB that were available lol. Also, there are no recordings.

3 days ago, I updated the zoom app in my phone and the whatsapp app was delated. When I reinstalled it, it said that no backup copy had been found. All my chats and pictures have been lost.
I'm a member of an online chromatic harmonica forum with members from around the world. When we meet weekly via Zoom, we sometimes take turns playing our instrument for both entertainment and critique. Up to this point, I've played by turning off "noise suppression" (setup for musicians) and I play a backing track from a small speaker near my external mic. I'd like to do a better job of balance. I found that I can "share" audio via the share screen button. When I have noise suppression OFF and am "sharing audio" to play a backing track on my computer, I find that the share audio works fine, but my harmonica playing is very distorted ... even with the noise suppression OFF. I would like to be able to play the backing track by sharing audio, and use my external mic to play my harmonica along with the track without distortion. Any help would be appreciated. Here is some info about my system: Zoom Version 5.13.7; 64-bit; noise suppression off; shared audio HP PC running Windows 11 Home; 64-bit; Intel Core i5 w/ 16 GB RAM Thanks!
