Is mac sierra supported by zoom client? I see high sierra and the link to release notes.

 

These release notes don't mention mac OS by number or name.

what version of the client do I download for Sierra?

On my new Mac (apple chip M2, Mac OS Ventura 13.0.10No matter what I do, I continually get an update message after each call. If I try to update from the message, I get error code 10002. I have even tried deleting Zoom and reinstalling. Any ideas? Th... Show more

How to add Canada dial in phone numbers

We are U.S. based but we need Canada phone numbers for folks to telephone in when intyenet is not available.  What upgrade path would you recommend?

Hi,  I have a user that is logged on to a shared department account. She is not able to designate a scheduler and told it is because it is not a paid account.   Current account must be paid account is the error message.

This is a licensed account so I am not sure why this message is coming up.

Logitech Rally Bar disconnected from Zoom

At work we have a Rally Bar Mini connected to a samsung flip screen (no controller needed) that does not access any meetings at the moment. When booking a meeting the meeting should appear under the zooms meetings list, which it does not do. 

 

On the Zoom Admin page (Device management --> Device List) we see that the device's application status is online but under "Connected to Zoom" it says disconnected. Furthermore, is it not possible to update the device. All other settings such as digital signage are seen on the screen so there is obviously some connection. 

 

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Interpreters not bypassing mic lockout

It makes no sense why Translation Interpreters get locked out when Participant unmute is restricted.  Like Co-hosts, assigned interpreters should be able unmute without issue.

Calling in a Zoom meeting - keeps disconnecting

I’ve been trying to call in a Zoom meeting (I go weekly) and it keeps disconnecting for the past 35 mins 11/29/22 I’m deaf and I use the ASL interpreter for work meetings. Please FIX IT!

Hi - My Galaxy Tab S8 has second screen capability which puts my laptop screen on my tablet (and let's me navigate the laptop from the tablet).  But when I join a meeting from the tablet and share my screen, if I choose the second screen - the other meeting attendees see a black screen (I am able to share the tablet - so screen share is properly turned on).  I want to join the meeting from the tablet, but I need to be able to share content that is only on the laptop (software demos, etc.).
