Some Chats are missing.

I have led a weekly Zoom Meeting every Thursday night for close to two years.  I use the same meeting number and codes.  Chats are automatically saved each week.  

 

But for some reason, there are no chats saved on Nov 10 and Nov 17.

 

Why would this be?  Is there a copy saved somewhere I can access?

Hi @GottaBeUserFrie hmm, were you present as the host during the meeting? Did you perhaps give host permissions to other participants during the meeting? Assuming you've enable the Meeting Chat - Auto-save setting?

 

Auto-saving chat will only auto-save for the host; thus, the host has to be present in the meeting for a local chat transcript to be saved. As to why I ask if you gave the host permissions to another participant within the meeting.
