Since the recent update my video has been jumpy, and flashed green and orange, which I managed to fix using this thread which advised to go into Zoom video settings > Advanced and then turning off "Optimize video quality with de-noise" will help

BUT I have another issue since the upgrade in that my audio is echoing to the point people don't understand me, I've been in my audio settings and played around with different options but nothing is working - any suggestions would be very  much appreciated

I used Zoom for 4-5 meetings per day, in a paid account, and this is driving me and my customers nuts! 

First of all, I already have Original Sound turned on and echo cancelled etc as recommended to the pianist. I have upgraded my Mac to latest OS. I have switched computers. Ipods and every cable connected to my Mackie FX6 Mixer. I have even replaced the Mixer but with the same model. Nothing has improved this situation. I have been on the phone and email for hours with Mackie. No one knows what the darn problem is but the sound is unacceptable for my movement and drumming events.

I am having problems with certain songs that have a very delayed start and/or comes in and out. Percussion pieces do not come through at all. Choppy or crackly sound often.

I have asked Zoom Support for a list of supported or recommended sound mixers but haven't gotten an answer.

Any ideas???? Is anyone using a mixer without these issues? Thank you!

Hey there! My new Windows 11 laptop won’t pick up the sound coming from my piano while I’m teaching. It’s an app issue, not a computer issue, as the computer picks it up just fine outside of the app. Can anyone help? I’ve already switched it to Original sound for musicians and tried changing a ton of settings, but nothing is working. When i play the piano, it doesnt register sound at all.

I scheduled a recurring meeting for every Tuesday in 2023.  (52)

I found out I can only schedule 50 recurring meetings in Zoom.

The first 2 worked but for the third meeting today the link was not working.

Not sure how to resolve.

Any ideas on a workaround going forward?

Hi, I'm running Linux Mint 20.3, and have been happily running Zoom 5.12.6 until this morning. I tried to join a city/community organization meeting, and received a message that I needed version 5.8.6 to be able to join the meeting. I tried to upgrade, but found nothing for Linux available past 5.12.6. When will 5.8.6 be available for Linux? Is there another way around this problem? Thanks in advance.
