Licesnse Says BASIC - Account Type Says Pro

Our organizations license says BASIC while the Account Type says Pro.

 

My primary concern is if  this limit our meetings to 40 minutes

 

Very important and hopefully someone will answer right away.

    Hi @PatrickH1958  - to be 100% sure, you will need to log into the account and navigate to your profile (zoom.us/profile). In the profile, you will see a section titled "Account." There it should tell you the license that is associated to that particular account (email address) and the meeting capacity. Hope this helps!

    THANK YOU.... The issue is conflicting information.  On the one hand it says Basic, limit 40.  Then, on the other it says Pro, which means no limit.  So, which is correct?  Which is accurate?   How can one says Basic and the other say Pro?  It is confusing.
