日本の皆さんにお伺いしたいです。Zoomの代替ホスト設定の条件について

代替ホストに設定する場合は、設定する人も有料プラン(proプランに入っています)であること以外の条件についてお伺いしたいです。その他、どんな条件がありますか? ユーザー登録がされていないというメッセージが出ます。やり方が間違っているのか、そもそもそのほかに、何か設定が必要なのか。Zoomで説明されているページを読んでもよくわからず。申し訳ありませんが、誰かご指南いただけますと幸いです。

Invitation emails

When I schedule a meeting theintitation email is created in Gmail using by Gmail account.  I am however signed into my Pro account under ***********.  NB I also have afree Zoom account using my Gmail address.

Audio does not work correctly for me on macOS (Always uses built-in audio regardless of settings)

When I join or host a zoom meeting zoom does not use my headphones or headset but rather uses the laptop's audio.

 

OS: macOS 10.15.7 

Zoom: 5.8.1

Permissions: Zoom has be granted all permissions in system settings security.

System audio settings: The headset

  • Input "OpenComm by AfterShokz" Type Bluetooth
  • Output "OpenComm by AfterShokz" Type Bluetooth

The headset audio works for all system audio including other meeting software. 

Zoom preferences/ audio settings: 

  • Speaker: "OpenComm by AfterShokz" (also tried same as system)
  • Microphone: "OpenComm by AfterShokz" 

When I use the audio test, and when I am in an actual meeting, the laptop speakers are used rather than the headset.

I have no way of known which mic is being used by zoom, the headset or the built-in mic. (Both "work");

 

How do I get Zoom to actually use the audio that it says it is using?

Resolved! Import registrants

My company has hired a service provider to provide a Zoom webinar service.  The service told me that the registrant import function is no longer available for attendees but only penalists.  Is that true?

I am using Zoom for Meetings - I made another participant co-host . Although me as Host I can locally record the meeting (button is visible) there is no option to allow my participant to record it on her device. If I hover over "more" option on the participant there is no option to allow recording.

I red it should appear in the participants menu under 'more' but there is no option for giving the permission to her.

We both are using Zoom app version 5.12.8(12565).

Unable to continue a meeting

I did not coninue a meeting prior to it's expiration time. I can keep the meeting going as I still have the meeting id and passcode. I can not list the meeting in my zoom meetings as when I try I produce and error message which prevents saving the me... Show more

I did not coninue a meeting prior to it's expiration time. I can keep the meeting going as I still have the meeting id and passcode. I can not list the meeting in my zoom meetings as when I try I produce and error message which prevents saving the message I am noticing the the meeting id is one number shorter than the new ones. 

 

Can anyone get me past this issue?

Can't start meeting - keep getting "meeting ended by host"

I have a Pro account and use Zoom for teaching music lessons online. Today I am suddenly unable to start some of my recurring meetings .... when I click "Start" I get a pop-up error saying "this meeting has been ended by the host".

 

I am able to start a few of my scheduled meetings and not others.

 

Zoom also allows me to start an instant meeting using my personal meeting ID, but that's not much good to me in this situation.

Hi, 

i’m having a hybrid meeting and want to know how/if i Can mute one participants Sound.

to clarify, i do not want to mute their microphone, I just want to mute their sound on my computer (not anyone elses)

When connecting via a browser, there doesn't seem to be a way of finding out what breakout you're in when you're in a breakout room. Sure, you get a message when you're being transferred to a breakout, and then another message when you first arrive in a breakout, but nothing after then.  A good place to put it might be at the top of the participants dialog, so you can see the name of the breakout and who is in it.

This causes us significant problems when running events as each of our breakouts has a separate Mural to work in, and we need a rock solid way of making sure they go to the right place. It isn't an issue if we teamlist, but it is if we randomly allocate people to breakouts.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
