I have set up a virtual background picture of myself to use when I stop my Zoom video. However, when start my Zoom video, my virtual background still appears in the background. This started to occur after I had to reinstall Microsoft Windows on my computer. Previously when I started my Zoom video my virtual background would automatically turn off. How do I solve this problem?

I need some help.

We have zoom integrated in outlook in our organization.

Recently, i've notice that when i searched a person in outlook to start a zoom call with him the number is not clickable and its greyed out (it worked before).

The plugin works well if i want to start a session in outlook.

I removed the zoom and zoom plugin and installed new versions and still not working.

Any other ideas?

Probably this requires OBS but hoping someone has some ideas. I will be teaching conversation using a music video. I wish to screen share as per the attached image. Two word documents open and on the side the music video. Below I'd like to have teacher and the student answering the question appear. Then another student replace the first. And so on. All students can see Monitor 1. Teacher can see students in Monitor 2.  Any possible way to open multiple windows on the desktop and accomplish this?  Or any ideas on how to do this without dual monitors. I understand that there is a side by side option but it does not work with dual monitors. Any suggestions appreciated. Mostly trying to find out if this is impossible and if so, work arounds. Will tackle OBS down the road. Thanks.

I have a paid account, I set up a registration required meeting, and after everybody registered with an email address and a unique question, they are still asked to sign in or via the link, but I didn`t enable the "Require authentication to join" function. 

Could anyone tell me why and how to solve it?

And also, when they registered with an email and unique a question, I would expect them to sign in with those two matching questions but seems they don`t have any connection. Why can`t they just join with the right email address, the right passcode, and the right unique question？

We held a ZOOM meeting with less than 10 people.

Several times during the meeting, breakout rooms were manually created and implemented.

However, some of the manually assigned room settings are disappearing.

Not all of them disappear, but some of them are missing from the breakout room assignments.

I am having trouble because I have to reallocate them each time.

I accidentally declined a recurring meeting that I need to accept.  how do I go back and accept it.   The person who invite me cannot resend the invite to me.  He already tried.  And I have already tried to go back to the original invite and accept it and that didn't work either. 

Surely_ there is a way, when using the Zoom desktop app (5.12.2, on Windows 10), of disabling the 'X is speaking' pop-up message. That is a message that informs me, when I am speaking, that . . I am speaking. For, that message is really distracting and - at least in a session with only two people - pointless.

I am having an issue with designating Alternative hosts.  Let's say I have a meeting scheduled and have designated an alternative host for that meeting. I want to schedule a second meeting with a different alternative host.  When I schedule that second meeting, it changes the alternative host on my existing meeting to be the same as the alternative host on the second meeting.  Is this a limitation of the Alternative Host function or am I doing something wrong?
