Hi there, 

I am an employee at a university and the university has purchased licenses called "On-Prem". 

Right now i am testing the feature for "auto-transcription" but i cannot activate it in a Zoom meeting. I have logged into Zooms website and changed the settings - see my attached screenshot. When i open a Zoom meeting and try to activate it, i cannot press the button called "Enable Auto-Transcription". Nothing happens when i press it, and it keeps being greyed out. See my other screenshot. 

It is a danish university i work at and danish is not available for auto-transcription, but it was supposed to be for when english was the spoken language in the Zoom meeting. 

My theories is, that the license registers that i am located in Denmark and therefore i cannot activate it. Or maybe it is the license that we have that do not allow for this feature. Can anyone help or verify my theories?

I am on arch linux and with version 5.9.3 no matter my sharing settings it puts a green border around any application I share.

The checkbox under advanced settings of share is not checked for showing a green border.

Please help it also shows people I am sharing to the green border....

Hello.

I use Zoom to see lectures written on blackboard, often ∼3.5 m wide. Sometimes people at the auditorium are lazy to crop/zoom and pan the camera to specific areas. Given my poor internet, Zoom’s incoming video often degrades to the 320×180 resolution—that is, about 1 pixel per centimetre—which is completely unacceptable.

Can I force Zoom to keep receiving 640×360 even when it would result in less than 1 fps temporal resolution? Does it have respective hidden settings?

This is Zoom 5.13.5.431 (Ubuntu, amd64).

Hello, I run a group and we meet weekly on Zoom. One of the group members has a pro Zoom account and offered it for use by the group but I, as group leader, can't seem to use it to schedule meetings and things. Is there anything we can do to rectify this? Is it possible to use a friend's pro account in this way?
