Zoom on new computer - how to restrict participants in breaout rooms in Meeting

Ho, everybody. I have new computer, I installed Zoom. And I can´t find where I can set things about break out rooms. 

I went through all materials about that also videos, but I don´t have in Advanced any Restricted option.

When I have people in meeting and I go to Breaout rooms, there is no such option. Only 3 option about how to set rooms (they can choose, or I can put them or random).

I can´t find how to do it. It worked well on my old computer.

Thanks for help, there has to be something I´m missing here....
