My Zoom application was glitchy so I looked that up on this forum and it was said that my mac was missing 2 files (I got an error code: 10008) so I uninstalled the application, and then I installed the application. There were two choices, the main download and another for macs with a certain chip.  I tried both and neither will open, it says it's not supported by a mac.  So, I am paying for Zoom and have a big meeting tonight and I can't download the application.  Can someone help me with this? I have a2 year old mac running Ventura 13.2.1

I believe there is an issue with my organizations account or support for the account.  I called the zoom number and pressed 2 for tech support.  I then entered my personal meeting ID followed by my host id.  I was then told my account did not have phone support available and to use the community forum or Chat support.  I tried Chat support while logged in and I was told by the chat bot I did not qualify for that support either.  It then said to contact the account admin for more help (My account is account admin). Output from chat below.  We have Professional license with 10 users, how can that no qualify for support?  If that is the case we will have to look for another meeting option, paid 10 user account with no live support is not acceptable.

I use Zoom for online piano lessons.  Lately I have experienced a lag of approximately two seconds.  This doesn't work for a musical instrument.  Also, although I can employ the original sound for musicians, anyone that I am teaching on an Apple device apparently can't.  Since I pay by the year, I'm dismayed to have options removed.  Zoom, on occasion has abruptly shut down in the middle of a lesson.  It has also given me a 40 minute shutdown, in spite of the fact that I pay for the more expensive plan.

Depuis mon changement de PC et installation de windows 11, je n'arrive plus à demander le son sur un haut parleur JBL externe. le systeme Zoom ne me propose que le son de l'ordinateur et plus le bluetooth.

Avez vous eu ce probleme? comment est il possible de le résoudre?

A minha nuvem está bloqueada porque excedi o limite máximo de gravações na nuvem. Agora, não consigo apagar nada do que lá está para voltar a utilizar a nuvem dentro dos limites dos 5GB que me são fornecidos. Como posso fazer para desbloquear a conta?

I am in classes on ZOOM.  Everyone likes the differing chat comments.  Mine does not give me that option at all.  Additionally, people respond to chat comments hitting a respond button, mine does not have that option.  I had tried using ZOOM in different browsers but I still don't have those options.  Additionally, I have already asked this question, but so far no one can answer and I noticed other people are having this same problem.  My AirPods Pro and my expensive BOSE speaker will not work on ZOOM.  They work with everything else, just not ZOOM.  When I am in ZOOM it says that ZOOM is using the AirPods Pro or my BOSE speaker, but the sound is not coming through my AirPods Pro or my BOSE speaker.  

I use zoom to setup meetings with my clients. I used to be able to send one link and the client could reuse it for the future meetings. 
since I bought a new computer that has been impossible. My clients said when they try to reuse the link, they get a massage saying, link is expired. I have to send a new link every time. 
I have 4 sessions with each client.
