I am the admin of our company account.  I just finished configuring all of the Account Settings (Admin > Account Management > Account Settings) and I would like to export all of the settings as configured so I have documentation of the configurations.  Is there a way to export all of the Account Settings? (This includes Meeting, Recording, Audio Conferencing, Zoom Phone, Team Chat, Zoom Apps, Whiteboard, Zoom Events.)

 

I tried printing each group of settings, but the print feature does not show which way the little blue sliders are slid.

 

Is the only way to document these settings to tediously take screen shot after screen shot then piece it all together into a PDF?

Recover deleted cloud recordings from recycle bin.

Currently I need to find the cloud recording of a meeting that took place 2 months ago, but when I check in the trash I see it's gone because it's been 30 days, is there any other way to get it back ? Please help me.

Audio from participants does not work properly

I installed the Zoom app on my new laptop.  Participants in my meetings can hear me fine.  When THEY speak, though, I can barely hear them and it sounds like they are using a tin can with string.  I can't find any setting that might correct this.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Problem Sharing Screen

I'm the host of a meeting and I keep getting kicked out of the meeting when I go to share my screen. I've used zoom for over a year and have hosted 100+ meetings and this has never happened to me before. Any ideas?

Viewer experience

I just attended a Zoom webinar. When logging in the screen was divided down the middle which gave me a better experience, almost like a live chat. I can't find a setting that automatically does that. Does it exist?

I've tried playing live music over Zoom and the quality is never very good

I just discovered I can use my digital music program, Logic Pro, to play directly over zoom.


However, the instructions say to click "Share Computer Sound" in a checkbox on the lower left side of the screen. I don't see that checkbox.  The instructions were written in 2018, and I wonder if Zoom has changed since then and if there's another way to connect Logic Pro and Zoom.

zoom keeps on crashing

Hi Yesterday, my zoom crashed each time I had a meeting. I had to reboot my computer in order to get it going again. Please let me know how I can fix that. Thank you. Aviva

Our Religous organization holds a weekly webinar and several zoom meetings a week .   (I am signed on right now with my personal pro account ).   Throughout the pandemic we had no issues if a small group of  members hosted depending on who was available .    We are now getting verification codes going to the organization g mail account - and the double jeopardy is some us can’t get into that e mail as it also sends a code to an e mail  or phone of an administrator.    So we are frustrated!

Hi.  I would like to remove an old meeting ID (not mine) from the list of IDs that auto-completes when I start typing the meeting ID when I am joining someone else's meeting.  I don't need that meeting ID in my auto-complete list anymore and want to remove it.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Zoom's Support results reference a "Contact Center Management" settings area that does not exist within my account.  Thanks!

Annotation on shared screen

I can't annotate on shared screens in meetings. In Zoom settings (Settings/Meeting/Annotation), annotation is enabled, also for users who are not sharing (so "Only the user who is sharing can annotate" is disabled). I can't find any solution to this ... Show more

I can't annotate on shared screens in meetings. In Zoom settings (Settings/Meeting/Annotation), annotation is enabled, also for users who are not sharing (so "Only the user who is sharing can annotate" is disabled). I can't find any solution to this problem. I am hosting the meeting and the Zoom version is the most recent update. When another participant is sharing, the "Annotation" option is not available for me when I click on the "View Options" tab. Also, the "Security" tab does not list the allow annotate option on my computer. Furthermore the green security icon (upper left in the video) doesn't contain information regarding the Annotation settings, neither. These are the troubleshooting options I found when I googled the problem, but none of these options is available on my Zoom account/computer (PC Windows 10).  Help would be greatly appreciated!
