3rd part survey in ALL Zoom meetings

I know how to add a 3rd part survey (Google Forms) to the end of a single meeting, but is there a way to add the same 3rd party survey to all of our meetings? All of our meetings are the same and it seems redundant to have to go into each meeting and add our 3rd party survey. Would like to add the same survey to every meetings we start without needing to doing it individually.
