my ticket # is 16308406 I am still having Prombles with the video on Zoom . I can not get it resolve. I even upgraded to get help for this issue. Please Help

My wife told me her camera flickered after downloading a Zoom update recently. After testing, the problem was identified. Go to Video, and then Advanced. Uncheck "Optimize video quality with de-noise". It worked for her, and it might for you.
