Guten Tag,

ich habe 6 Meetings mit Anmeldung festgelegt und wollte schauen wer sich alles angemeldet hat, um mich vorzubereiten. Es ist sehr komplex das herauszufinden, schliesslich habe ich es unter erweitert Berichte mit der richtigen Datumsangabe gefunden, musste sogar einen Exceldatei herunterladen und diese konvertieren.

Es geht aber es ist extrem umständlich und müsste einfacher machbar sein. Wer kann da helfen?

the host is not muting when re-joining

Hi..... When running hybrid meetings with a live speaker, sometimes the internet drops, is there a way to have participants muted on entry but the host not, as at present we are muted if we leave and return and sometimes don't notice straight away as... Show more

When running hybrid meetings with a live speaker, sometimes the internet drops, is there a way to have participants muted on entry but the host not, as at present we are muted if we leave and return and sometimes don't notice straight away as we are trying to not disrupt the talk in the hall. For previously recorded meetings that were saved to your pc - can it also be saved to the cloud?

I recorded a meeting for a school assignment and saved it to my pc.  I later saw that it needed to be saved to the cloud.  Is it possible to do that after the fact?  TIA.

Floating Thumbnail on Iphone

I suddenly have a floating thumbnail view of my picture/video. How can I restore this so it's not floating and looks like the rest of the meeting members in the call? This problem has been mentioned in this forum and I still do not see any resolution... Show more

I suddenly have a floating thumbnail view of my picture/video. How can I restore this so it's not floating and looks like the rest of the meeting members in the call? 

 

This problem has been mentioned in this forum and I still do not see any resolution to it mentioned. Please help. Once again, this has to do with the view on my iphone. On my laptop I do not have this floating thumbnail.

Recurring meetings

I have setup a recurring meeting and shared with participants. I also would like to

Approve or deny entry to users from certain regions and countries. 

 

Please advise on how I can do this now, as the meetings have already started

i am having hard time with downloading ZOOM

Display name on meeting always defaults to other than set name

I have followed every step on the official help page for every device/application including the application, online, and on mobile ( https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/8715431556621-Changing-your-name-on-Zoom#h_01GBDJXA2H4Y1FWECP374PGQEW ) but for more than a year now, every single zoom call I host or join my display name is defaulted to my legal name "Timothy" which I must have used to sign up originally for the service several years ago, instead of my entered name of "Tim". 
Is there any way I can fix this? Or is this an issue getting fixed sometime soon? It's getting really annoying having to change my name on every single call I make.

My Video quality goes bad when sharing my screen

Ever since the last ZOOM update whenever I share my screen my video goes all crazy. My students are fine but mine glitches and locks. I thought it was my camera so I upgraded but still have the same problem. Help please!
