Time set

Hello:

 

I am currently a basic user of Zoom and have 40 minutes to use.  Lately, it doesn't allow me to use the entire 40 minutes as it only lets me do increments of 30 minutes.  How can I fix this?

    hi fxm,

     

    you can type in any start time and end time you want.  do do not have to use the 30 minute intervals.

    Unfortunately, Zoom is not letting me do that!  It's almost as if it has a set default on it.  Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Zoom?

    hi fxm,

     

    my cursor is already in 'time picker'.  i type whatever time i want in format xx:xx, tab to next field time end and do the same thing.

    what device are you using and what client version are you using?

     

    you can use cleanzoom to completely remove zoom client, restart pc and reinstall zoom client.

    Hey @FXM, not sure how this is possible as per your explanation, meetings should last 40 minutes. Suggest looking into the KB on Understanding time limits for Zoom Meetings.
