This issue started week of April 29, 2024. A few participants in a meeting cannot go to breakout rooms. They go, but then are quickly sent back to the main room without having clicked on anything. This has happened to different people, on different accounts. We have tried assigning them to a different room, we have had them log out and log back in. Zoom has been VERY UNHELPFUL saying only that it is because participants have a poor internet connection. These participants have been in the meeting without other issues for a total of 29 hours (over 10 days). It is causing a lot of problems for our training participants. Anyone have any answers? THANKS!

Has anyone run into this issue recently? Any fixes? I'm using the latest MacOS & Zoom. Recently, Zoom will pause the screen sharing if you run Mac Keynote presentation & you can't resume sharing. Help.
Dear Zoom Support Team, We are currently implementing a group video experience using the Zoom Video SDK (version @zoom/videosdk 2.3.0) in a React.js (TypeScript) application. As part of our requirement, we aim to render up to 12 participant video streams simultaneously on the screen. However, we are encountering a critical issue once the number of participants increases during the session. Specifically, when the 5th or 6th participant joins, the previously rendered participant videos begin to flicker intermittently. At the same time, the browser console repeatedly logs the following warning: “WARNING: Too many active WebGL contexts. Oldest context will be lost.” After this warning begins appearing, some of the video streams flicker, freeze, or turn blank. Based on our analysis, this behavior seems related to the SDK creating individual WebGL contexts for each video element, eventually exceeding the browser’s maximum allowed number of active WebGL contexts. To help us resolve this issue, we would appreciate guidance on the following: Is this a known limitation of the Zoom Video SDK (v2.3.0) when rendering multiple web video streams? Are there any recommended best practices for managing or reducing WebGL context usage in multi-participant scenarios? Does Zoom offer documentation or examples for implementing a single-canvas or multi-stream rendering approach to prevent exceeding the WebGL context limit? Are there any configuration options or optimizations within the SDK that can help mitigate this issue? This problem significantly affects our group session experience and video reliability, so any support or recommendations from your team would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards,
I hope you are doing well.

I am on Ubuntu 24.04.3 and installed zoom with the newest deb package.
I can open the zoom workspace and see the regular menus.
But when I want to join a meeting the terms of service window pops up. I click on agree and then nothing happens.
I also tried to install the snap and the result is the same.
I also tried running ubuntu with xorg instead of wayland, also the same result.
I couldn't find anything on google and would be happy about some guidelines how to fix this. I can still join meetings via browser at least.

Hi there, I'm running Zoom 5.11.11 on macOS Monterey 12.5, and have an Apple Studio Display. I've noticed the Center Stage feature is on when I'm in Zoom meetings (the camera tracks you as you move around), however I can't find any setting to turn it off. It seems that this setting does exist on iOS/iPad OS, but not on macOS. Is there a way to turn this off on Zoom on the Mac? Thank you!

I have a Pro Account! I have had 5 people complain to me (out of 20) that they were waiting in the waiting room for my meeting and I am not getting notified that they are there and as a result they waited 15 minutes and then left never getting into the meeting. I got notified for the other 15 people who successfully came into the meeting but the other 5 were stranded. I checked all of my settings and they all seem reasonable as to letting people in the room and asking for notification when someone is in the waiting room. How does this happen?

Hi All, In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen. I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting. For instance, I teach piano over Zoom. When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on. But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard. So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen. Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.

Hey everyone, I've had this problem (very occasionally) where Zoom just won't really let me click on anything, keeps sort of glitching, if I can click on it, it takes a while to respond. My own picture seems to work okay and I can see everybody else's. But eventually just grinds to a halt and I get kicked out of the meeting (others telling me my video just freezes). It seemed to temporarily resolve itself when I came in and out of a breakout room. I remember it first happening way back in November 2020 so it's been around a while. I feel like it must be a Zoom issue if going in/out of a breakout room helps solve it, rather than a CPU / Memory problem - especially as it's SO occasional. But it really knocks everything out.

As stated: I need an option to disable the window for Zoom Workplace, hide it to never popup. Currently the Zoom Workplace window popups up each time I join a meeting. As a result, I need to alt+tab (cmd+tab on MacOS) through additonal window which I hardly ever use. Zoom workplace has nice features but all or most of them are mirrored in Google Calendar plugin and status bar icon on MacOS, so at this point it just cluttering my workspace. Since MacOS alt tab sucks badly and does not allow for switching through many windows of the same app I have to first hide the Zoom Workplace window to declutter the workspace so I can quickly switch between my Zoom Meeting and other apps. I'm a pro user, which means I have several meetings per day, sometimes per HOURS and it drives me NUTS. A temp solution is to hide / minimize the window once in a while.
