I need to remove an old version of Zoom but missing the 64-bit MSI for version 5.13.5.12053.

Does anybody have a link where I can download the MSI for this version?

Zoom was removed from control panel Programs and features. I am trying to install the new version and it asks for the old installer. CleanZoom also asks for it. Why does this happen?

Hey zoom,

I hope you’re all doing well! I’m reaching out to this fantastic community because I’ve been facing a frustrating issue during our Zoom meetings, especially when we dive into our DevOps discussions.

Lately, we've been experiencing frequent freezing and lagging, which makes it difficult to collaborate effectively on our projects. It seems to happen more often when we're sharing screens or going over complex devops software tools like Jenkins or Kubernetes.

I’ve tried some basic troubleshooting steps, such as checking my internet connection and closing unnecessary applications, but the problem persists.

Here are my specific questions:

  1. What troubleshooting methods have worked for you when facing freezing issues in Zoom?
  2. Are there particular settings in Zoom that can help optimize performance during technical presentations?
  3. Do you have any hardware recommendations for team members who regularly participate in these meetings?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I’m sure others in the community could benefit from this discussion as well.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Jonathan Jone

I often do 2 day conferences on the weekend.
Many times, like this past weekend, on Saturday the recorded video size was 1280x1036, then on Day 2 the recorded video was 1954x1036.
I did not change any settings, so why does the recording size change.
On both days my presentation was exactly the same, using participant video and a screen share of a pdf,.. etc.
Nothing different at all between the 2 days and I am not changing or "setting" the video zie anything in the system.

So, my question really is, *What determines the size of the recorded video?*

My Voice Cannot Be Heard By Anyone When Someone Else Unmutes Their Microphone

I'm part of an organization that has standing Zoom Rooms our members can enter at any time. We have classes throughout the week in these rooms.

During class, everyone can hear me perfectly fine, and we can talk back and forth with one or two people's microphones unmuted.

However, occasionally, when a particular person unmutes their microphone, suddenly, no one can hear my voice. My microphone is still unmuted, and I still see the "green level meter" move within the microphone icon, however, no one can hear me.

The issue is often resolved by requesting everyone to mute their microphones, and only one person at a time unmute their mic when speaking, then quickly mute themselves afterward.

This issue occurs sporadically, but often enough that I remind all of the students to keep their microphones muted at the beginning of each class. Multiple instructors all have this same sporadic issue.

What is going on? I'm on a Mac Book Pro late 2018 model. On Zoom v6.1.11. This has happened to me on multiple Zoom versions. It also happens to others in our organization on Windows and macOS computers.

The only quick solution I've found is to use the "Mute All except host" feature to mute everyone else.

Hello All,

I need help.

I have an iPad. I use Google Workspace and Calendar. I want to use Zoom to schedule meetings for me. I want to add these meetings to my Google Calendar.

Is there an extension of Zoom that I can use on IPad while using it Google Calendar so it becomes very easy to schedule Zoom meetings?

Also, right now I have to schedule meetings from Zoom. Then copy the link and then paste that zoom meeting link in the Google calendar invite I sent out. Is there a better and more efficient way to do it?

Thank you.

My list of meetings does not include one recurring meeting

I need to edit a recurring meeting, but it no longer appears in my list of meetings. I know it's active, because I can both host and join it.

How can I get it back on my list of meetings?

No sound when playing MP4 recordings

Chat in Online Meetings is jumping around

When I am in a Zoom meeting using my browser on a Chromebook, the meeting chat jumps around so it makes it difficult to read the latest message. Even when I am reaching it, if someone posts another message, the window will jump. How to correct this?

Resolved! Audio not sharing while sharing screen

Attendees are not able to listen audio from media being played while screen sharing session.

Nothing I've found so far about this question works for me. I can't find a setting on the MacOS client which lets you adjust noise suppression. Selecting "Original Sound for Musicians" or "Live Performance Audio" does nothing. There is no setting to adjust noise suppression to "Low" which was suggested in some posts. Some said the problem is with Windows 11. I'm not using that!

The documentation says AI is used to suppress noise. I want this off permanently! Even for voice meetings. Why is this so much to ask for?
