Camera Display Issue During Screen Recording in Zoom

I am writing to report a problem with my camera display that occurs specifically when I am recording a Zoom meeting while screen sharing.
When I share my screen and have my camera turned on, the camera feed appears correctly. However, when I start recording the meeting, the camera feed appears twice: once in the position I have set it, and again as a separate window, usually on the right side of the screen.
Additionally, if I enable the "Hide Self View" option during recording, a gray square appears in place of the camera feed on my shared screen.
This issue only occurs during recording; the camera display is normal during the meeting when recording is not active.

Please provide details on the operating system, version of Zoom Workplace being used, and all hardware (cameras, monitors, peripherals) in the equation.
This information will be critical when troubleshoting further.
