Resolved! Automatic alternative host set when creating meeting through google calendar

I use the zoom/google calendar extension on firefox. When I create a zoom meeting through google calendar, a coworker of mine is always automatically added as an alternative host. How can I prevent this? He keeps getting emails about meetings that ar... Show more

I use the zoom/google calendar extension on firefox. When I create a zoom meeting through google calendar, a coworker of mine is always automatically added as an alternative host. How can I prevent this? He keeps getting emails about meetings that are not relevant for him.

Meeting Recording

I just recorded an important meeting. When the meeting ended, the recording began to convert. Then I lost internet and the converting window disappeared. I've logged into my zoom account and the last meeting listed under Local Recordings is from 4 ye... Show more

I just recorded an important meeting. When the meeting ended, the recording began to convert. Then I lost internet and the converting window disappeared. I've logged into my zoom account and the last meeting listed under Local Recordings is from 4 years ago. I set this meeting up on a google invite, by selecting "Make it a zoom meeting". Did me setting up the meeting through a Google invite disable zoom from saving my meeting? It's such an important meeting that I need to do everything I can to recover it. I don't see it on my computer or in Zoom account. I have a paid pro account but I don't pay enough to chat with a human. Hoping someone here can help me recover this recording.

Zoom latest version hangs

Updated Zoom to latest version, on Windows 10. It hangs when I start a meeting. Or when in a meeting, when I click on the camera icon to share my video. Where can I get support for this problem? 

Has anybody seen this happening?

Hey I wonder if I can get some advice?

I have a free plan and conducted an online interview.  After the interview, I was checking my emails and noticed that I received an email notification from zoom that tells you the person had logged in. The person used an offensive display name.

I did not notice this when the person first joined the meeting.  The person does not have a zoom account and denies that the display name was used. 

Any idea how this could have happened?

HELP!

IS there a way to have just one meeting ID? For my whole team to use? Instead of having mutiple different meeting links and passcodes? Just one link for all of our clients, that we can all jump on and use from our own accounts that are connected? 

CPU spike and my video freeze

I have not used Zoom on my Windows 10 computer for a few months.  I just started using it again and my video will freeze intermittently.  Switching video off and then right back on again unfreezes it.  I noticed a quick audio buzz and CPU spike when this happens. Otherwise CPU usage is normal. Participant video is fine. I have turned off HW acceleration, etc.  but it still happens.  I am using a green screen, which I have been using all along.  Same with my Logitech c310 USB camera.  

anyone have any ideas how to fix this?  I am using the latest release of Zoom (uninstalled and reinstalled). Was there something on one of the recent upgrades that could have caused this?
