Looks like there is a bug on a new feature. For live interpretation, the interpreters have a "toggle" interface to switch from one language to another which is great. Zoom just updated it so the toggle controls can be moved since sometimes that interface blocked the interpreters' view of specific content on screen. Now we click on it and can move it. The issue is when MAC users do this, it doesn't disengage the "move interface" feature and they can't really click to change languages and the interface starts bugging out and moving up or down their screen. Interpreters try to get around this by using keyboard shortcuts - but it seems the MAC keyboard shortcut was recently changed - with no notice and no easy place to find the shortcut. Just a heads-up to everyone who uses the interpretation function. If your interpreters suddenly struggle when they need to switch languages, they might be dealing with a bug.

Hi all

I've recently started using zoom and when I receive a call, the pop up window appears askign me to join or decline the call, each time I've clicked Join but the call doesn't connect. My status says I'm in a meeting but I don't have access to the call/meeting. Can someone shed some light on this please?

I am trying to screen share a power point on a second monitor so I can then use my main monitor to copy and paste notes in chat etc but it doesn't seem to work properly.  When I choose the second screen and then screen share portion of screen (which I have enlarged to whole screen) it's like it is mirroring the main display as when I swipe up on mouse pad the shared screen also changes.  It's hard to explain...  I have a MacBook and my second screen is a Samsung.  I need to use the second screen as when I try to share from my laptop display it doesn't seem to be big enough and appears fuzzy for viewers.  Any ideas would be appreciated...

I have set up the Language Interpreter option in my hosting account settings. 

I can easily set up the interpreter feature when scheduling a new meeting but when I am trying to set up a meeting using my Personal Meeting room there is no option to set an interpreter for the meeting.

Do you know if this feature can be set in Personal Meeting room?

Hello, yesterday I joined in an important meeting to me, but I didnt started, so I asked to the host if I could record the meeting, so He made me a host and I start to record. Now I can´t find the recording, I don´t know if i did something wrong, but I think i did it right, as usual. It´s not in the cloud neaither in the local. What happend??? somebody help me
