My zoom app auto updated recently. However after the update, as soon as  I start using the app, the touch and pen input on my Surface Pro 6 start malfunctioning and the laptop starts heating up also. The over heating issue is not new however, rendering the touch and pen input useless is a very big issue and I also cannot work without zoom. What can I do to resolve this issue? I am in a fix.

During a Zoom Meeting , we have experienced a Lip Sync issue with a pre-recorded video . The host is sharing the screen and running the video while others are listening .  It was initially  through that the Host may have some network issue . But Laster on , we have done trial with Same Video sharing with Different locations with different service providers broadband and  almost everytime we have experienced the same lip-sync issue.  For each testing broadband speed was between 60 Mbps - 300 Mbps , which is much more that Zooms video requirement .

The Problem Pattern was not very similar in all trials.  Sometime the problem starts after 5 minutes. Sometime after 2 minutes. 

Can anyone share some lights on this. We have done testing with same Video-PPT every time to reduce variable. 

Hi. I added Zoom mail and calendar to my Zoom subscription. The main reason I did this is because I wanted to add OTHER PEOPLE'S Zoom meetings that I have registered to attend to my Zoom calendar (I had issues integrating these meetings with my Google and Exchange calendars). I don't see how this is possible in the current functionality of Zoom. Could anyone please advise how I can add other people's Zoom meetings to my Zoom calendar?

We are having Zoom video meetings that usually last about 2 hours, and workshops that last about 4 hours.  How do we capture a transcript of each meeting session?  Is there a setting I need to turn on? And is the transcription tool fairly accurate at transcribing the voice?

Also, is there a way to capture the whole chat from a chatroom?  We have noticed that it only seems to record part of the chat.

Anyone have some suggestions or fixes for this? Zoom used to work fine until recently.

Now some people report that when they leave cabled connection and use wifi they get network error when attempting to connect to Zoom SSO. Same for meetings already in progress while having cable connection, leave desk, wifi kicks in and Zoom crashes to SSO screen.

They put their credentials in the ADFS login window but the Zoom app errors out:"You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again."

Saw a macbook post with a similar issue but Zoom reinstall with Revo uninstaller and Globalprotect VPN reinstall did not help. Did reinstalls, restarts, flushdns, winsock reset etc.

Tested with another laptop, worked fine. Tested with my own account on their laptop but their own credentials - also worked fine. Mobile Zoom app SSO also works.
Looks like a Windows Profile issue but not sure that will actually help . Also don't want to kill their profile so they have to login with an empty profile again and setup everything again.

when i try to enter a meeting, zoom asks for a passcode, even when it is not required by the host. my classmates can enter the meeting without typing in a passcode but i get asked a passcode, even when entering different meetings hosted by different people. is there a solution to this?
